So, today is the first day of spring. Yeah, big deal, eh? Well, it turns out that in third period it started snowing. By lunch was over, wthere was about an inch on the ground.

Can someone explain why we were going around in shorts and other summer clothing in January and February, but now in the second half of March it snowed?

*goes to interogate wheather man*

Actually, yes. Weather patterns are disrupted by global warming, which can cause unseasonable weather.

Also, it snows more in March because it's still warming up from winter temperatures and the precipitation levels are rising.

Yeah, the weather here is similar, though it hasn't snowed yet.
