Priscilla says that the Coven she was in, they worshiped a Goddess but a lot of it was spiritual meditation as a group/among them selves. Something about some meditation thing they'd do on the new moon, sort of ritualistic but was a way to 'release' yourself I guess.

I'unno.

Yet, I sort of think Maikeru doesn't know what he's talking about half of the time - that, or he's just being a trolling smart ass.

Anyway, I'm quite happy to see there's about an even amount of people on both sides of many things here.

I can't wait to do our real Political Poll.

I respect peoples Religions, all of them, I honestly do not care if you believe in Jesus, Abraham, unicorns or flowers, as long as you are not shoving it down peoples throats and forcing belief among people, it is good, but it pisses me off when people cross that line.

My ideal religion, and what I think religion should be is this:

Outlines morals of life, gives people values to follow, is humble and repectful towards other religions,

and that is pretty much it. Of course, this is modified for our modern time now, back in the day when these religions were birthed, alot of the things in there, I think, wer meant to explain the unexaplained and give people a reason why and how things the way they are that could not be explained using science or what not. I cant blame religion for that, back then, it was a good thing, but now, a modern time, I think that the need for religion is fading away becuase scence can reasonably prove things that were once unexplained.

Religion is a good thing, but when extremists and zealots begin to interpret the holy book the wrong way (the way they think it happened) it turns sour. When people begin forcing it down others throats (whether the relgion calls for the spreading of the faith or not) it turns sour. When people are blinded by the divine and cannot think reasonbaly, it turns very sour. Religion, can either be a beacon of hope and an outline of good morals for a person, or it can be a breeding ground for arrogance, ignorance and a feeling of superiority.

I think that people need to take the reasonable, over the divine and the 'word of god'. People need to think for themselves and not let a book or a priest or a zealot think for them becuase religion has been a source of bigotry for along time now.

Okay, if you are religious and take offense to my views, dont becuase I am not saying you are wrong, I am guessing none of you are zealots and all of you can think for yourselves so you are fine by me.I am just saying, I think religion was purely man made.

I just think that people need to know that we cannot know everything, some things are just beyond us. I dont know if there is a god, there could be one, there could be none, there could be an infinate amount of gods, but I have not had a sign from any of these so I have no reason to believe in any of them.

I will make my own life by making my own decisions based on my own logic and reason. I am not going obsess with what happens when I die and I am not going obsess over something that has not been proved and could be totally wrong. It will nto run my life, I run my life. I am focussing on being happy, making my own choices and going somewhere in life, and when I die, I guess I will find out where I am going, but that is then and not now.

That is just how I feel, as you can tell, I am agnostic.

Pretty much the idea of Judaism, or at least the way most Jews feel about their religion.

I actually thought about putting Jewish, since the idea has occured to me to convert. However, there really isn't much around these parts for being Jewish honestly...lol.

There's probably a few jews in Oklahoma. Probably more in Wyoming. haha

Yeah, same here in East Texas, not much in the way of Jews at all. The nearest temple from here is some 60 miles.
Surprisingly though, out of ~300 kids in my High School, we had 3 Jews.
