D185 Luetjens was commissioned in 1969 and decommissioned in 2003. Presently, she is awaiting sale to be scrapped. The vessel displaces 4,720 tonnes, has an effective range of 4,500km, can reach 33 knots at full steam, and sports a variety of weaponry. The vessel will need to be refitted with a new engine, and be re-equipped with weaponry. This, combied with transporting the vessel to the Philippines, will cost approximately $300 million. The vessel can be delivered by the end of November, 2010. |

Elefsis Shipyards would like to offer the Roussen Class FACM. The Roussen is a small, yet powerful and versatile fast attack missile boat. It would be extremely suitable to the region of the Philippines with it's many islands. While we understand the Phillipines is looking for used vessels, this is a rather new class of ship and no about-to-be retired, or retired vessels exist. Such an addition to the Philippine navy would be a tremendous boost for security. It is a well armed ship for it's size packing a powerful punch.![]() 1x OTO Melara 76 mm/62 cal. 8x MM40 Block 3 anti-ship missiles (RIM116) Mk31 21-cell launcher of RAM Block 1 surface-to-air missiles 2x Oto Melara 30mm cannons Crew 45 Length 62m (203ft 5in) Beam 9.5m (31ft 2.5in) Draught 2.6m (8ft 6in) Displacement 580t full load Speed 35kt Endurance 7 days Cost 92 million MotoMarine offers the following fast patrol boats suitable for use by the navy, coast guard, and marine police. To Germany The Philippine Navy sees this ship as a new addition to our fleet. The cost is just right for a DDG like this, which includes refitting and deliveries. We would like to see how many of these class of ships are still available. To Elefsis Shipyards (Greece) We would like to see the costs of the attack missile boat and also the fast patrol boats you have offered us. |

To Singapore We're currently reviewing your offers. We see your ships as a key part of our navy. To United States The offer of your cruiser is surely an additional in our navy. However, your offered destroyers and frigates will be reviewed. Also, we want to see how much will be the Ticonderoga-class Missile Cruisers if bought with new weapon and electronic systems, upgraded radar and sonar systems, and upgraded weapons?? |

The Federal Republic can hardly sell rights to the various arms and munitions on the Luetjens-class, but we can work with the Philippines to help design a better and more effective vessel. Luerssen would be interested in such a venture. |

India could offer up to 2 retired Nilgiri class (formerly Leander) frigates to the Fillipino Navy. Three frigates are still in service with the Indian Navy, but 2 of the retired vessels are open for sale to the Fillipino Navy. The ship, for its time period, has superb range, average speed, and a substantial armamanet with 8 deck guns, 8 torpedo tubes, and can hold 1 Chetak or Sea King helicopter. India would be willing to offer up to 2 vessels to the Phillipines at a discounted price of $130 million USD a peice including support for our Fillipino allies and could be delivered as soon as a deal is made. ![]() |

Elefsis Marine SA Elefsis Marine SA firstly wishes to advise the Philippine government that Elefsis Shipyards has completed a merger with another shipyard, MotoMarine, and will now be known as Elefsis Marine SA. This poses no danger to the contract awarded to Elefsis Shipyard, as the new entity is obligated to first complete all existing orders, ensuring existing customers contracts are met. The payment method(straight out payment) is accepted. The first two ships will be laid down by the end of the year, with delivery to follow at the start of 2011 of both ships, with third and fourth ships being laid down at the start of 2011 and delivered by the start of 2012, with the fifth and final patrol boat to be laid down at the start of 2012 and delivered by the end of 2012. (ooc: You should allow for 6 to 12 months for sea trials of each boat btw) |
