This article was extremely interesting to me. It is about a man who lives without money in a canyon.

That life style sounds somewhat gross and uncomfortable, but strangely attractive to me.

Well he chose to live in the canyon, and its not that there isnt anything to buy, Im sure he could walk to a town and buy something if he had money, but he chooses to not buy anything and live off the land. Like the kid in 'Hachet', or 'The Other Side of the Mountain'
