Posts: 925 Group: Ex-Brigader Member #23 Joined: March 6, 2005	Lol :^^: but try asking those who have Founder's Badge, most of them will say the Founder's Badge is easier to get than the President's Badge~ Anyway, below is the information I gathered about Founder Badge~ Founder's Award ѓж Must be a President's Award holder for 2 years. ѓж Captain's recommendation towards a Member. „П Show loyalty to the Company, accept an appropriate degree of leadership and responsibility in the Company. „П Show knowledge and understanding of BB at Brigade and International level. ѓж Fill form ѓж BBM gives tasks „П Undertake a research project and write a report of at least 3000 words. The subject is determined by the Brigade Awards Chairman or the Brigade Secretary. „П Carry out 40 hours of practical service for others outside the Company ѓж Attend the FounderЎ¦s Award Conference and/or Interview by „П State Commissioner „П BBM representative ѓж Approver from Brigade Executive ѓж The two top awards - President's and Founder's Award gained by a Member will be presented formally at a suitable ceremony Boys in 2nd Kuching Company of the Boys' Brigade who got the Founder Badge 1.
