Believe it or not, that's the truth. You have to wait at least two years, then you can apply for President's Award. A good example, Mr. Lee and S/Sgt. Desmond. Try asking them if you doubt it. Besides, the two years time given to you is for you to think about the time you have spent in BB and the reason for you to apply for the Founder's Award. What you wanna do when you get them and your contribution to your company and The Boys' Brigade and so on. I believe that they have their reasons for setting such condition before you could get the Founder's Award.
