Military Dog Tags Taking Orders Now!    These dog tags are made of stainless steel and as issued to US soldiers. The purpose of is for identification in the event of the soldier's unconsciousness or death, the tag will show details such as first and last name, NRIC/serial no, blood type for the purpose of medical assistance and religion for the purpose of burial arrangement in case of death. They are also being used for medical notification by people with medical condition such as diabetes, leukemia, allergies to certain drugs/medicine, etc. They are also popular for parents where their children will wear tags stating their names, next of kin/parents info, contact no and any medical condition the children might have. Another usage is as ICE (In Case of Emergency) Identification... where the first tag will contain the wearer's details.. and the second tag will carry the name and contact no of the wearer's next of kin as follows: Tag 1 ----------------- Line 1: Last Name/Family Name Line 2: First Name (or the other way around for Muslims) Line 3: NRIC / MyKad no Line 4: Blood Type Line 5: Religious Preference Tag 2 ----------------- Line 1: EMERGENCY CALL Line 2: Line 3: Name of Next of Kin (parent/spouse) Line 4: Contact No of Next of Kin Line 5: Country of Origin    Each Set of these Tags will contain the following: 1. 2x data disks 2. 2x black rubber silencers 3. 1x 24" chain 4. 1x 4.5" chain Please specify what data you want to put on the tags. You can either have same data on both tags (STANDARD) or different data on each tag (SPECIAL). Whatever data you want to put, make sure that they are not be more than 15 characters per line. and a total of 5 lines per tag. All letters will be in capital letters. Price for each sets are: RM35 for one set of STANDARD Tags RM45 for one set of SPECIAL Tags * this order will be closed on 20 March 2007. ----------------------------------------------------------------------- i hope sumone will be interested and we can split the 2 tags so dat u will only have to pay RM20+ for ONE tag only... dats much cheaper than u buy a pair, since u wont need 2... im still in the process of getting another set of the chains (4.5" n 24") as an extra for whoever wants to share the tags wif me... maybe will need to add a lil more... will continue to update |
