Lol~ Anyway, please read the rules and regulations - The Constitution as I have mentioned in my previous post for further understanding. Only read section 3, 4, 5, 8, 9, 14 and 15 only. The rest is too long~ Lol~ I'll continue to make a better rules & regulations. Do be patient.
