well, when u guys c my topic title.. wad do u think i wanna post out? my english might not be tat gud.. but i do hope u guys can get wad i wanna express.. as u guys can c.. company weekly attendance is dropping.. SERIOUSLY.. boys r resigning n even nco r resigning.. sum resign bcos they r not promoted, sum resign after they r promoted (not offencing any1).. from every aspect, nco seems to be a really busy, tough n tiring post.. i'm sure sum boys dun even wan 2 b a nco anymore... Nco doesn't seems 2 be a gud job 2 be.. even boys r avoiding to be a NCo.. wad have BB becoming? ask urself n think bout it... every friday, whenever u thought of the next day, saturday will be a BB day, wad do u feel? wad will b ur 1st thought? will u be excited? will u be happy? i dun think most of u think so.. nowadays.. boys tend 2 avoid coming bb every saturday.. they will find wadever reason 2 try not coming bb. m i right? hav i spoken sum1's heart? frankly speaking, i noe most of u does.. i admit, even me myself does feel tat... i'm not trying 2 complain tat bb is getting worse... i juz wanna hear sum opinion from u all... mayb sum of u r planning 2 quit bb oredy... sum mayb trying 2 'survive' in bb...(u noe wad i mean) i wanna hear sumthing from ya all... izzit the program of every saturday tat cause tis all? since the whole weekdays u r sitting in the classroom... now tat even in bb u still hadda sit in classes 4 hrs? or izit freedom tat cause tis all? others can dye their hair, get their earrings.. speaking n doin wad so ever they wan.. lepak sini sane during saturday, wher we r drilling under the hot sun... getting push-ups.. i'm sure MOST of ya all ever thought of... y m i here every week, waiting 4 others 2 scold me.. waiting 4 others 2 punish me.. hadda 'make faces' 4 the higher ranks.. when other can enjoy their saturday life freely... erm... think bout it... wad will u b if not bcos of bb 2day? 4 those hu wanna quit... i noe it's been a hard time... we all had been the hard time... but izzit tat bb is realy a 'suffering place'? it used 2 b a realy fun place 4 me.. a time wher i get so excited every friday waiting for the next day 2 come... it used 2 b liddat.. but wad realy happen? had i spoken out wad u hav been thinking? these might not b the only thing can troubles all bb boys now... i wanna hear more... but do noe 1 fact... officers r trying 2 'pei he' us all... they r trying 2 suit our way.. but in the same time trying 2 hold the standard we had b4... will tis gonna b the 'zaman kegelapan'? our company has a total strength of 100+ members.. n we had their full name list.. but we only c bout 40 of them every saturday.. wher r the others? wad realy had happen? pls voice out ur opinion, tq... i do hope 2 hear sumthing... all r talking bout tis among themselves... but y it's only till me 2 talk bout it here, now? ther muz b sumthing behind tis... harlo?? hello?

r u sure or r u confidence 2 say now tat, BB is the best? pls never judge on wad u c.. watch on the process 1st, den the result..
