Sorry if i'm being offensive.. hehe.. I agree with my darling...Boys now love to shut their mouth up. And juz look......And i tell you straight forwardly now.. Those newly promoted lcp.... are juz like PTES... i don't see any diffference in you guyz juz that you guyz have one more stripe and are juz being pulled into the NCO council or some other councils. But you guyz are worthless if you're not doing anything to help but juz to stare and start more troubles.I can see that those new NCOs starting to be dumb and deaf " Ya Ba". Get wat i mean??? Where's ur leadership??? initiative??? Leadership don't come when there isn't any initiative..like wat LT Desmond said. Leadership don't come in a day but it'll come if u start putting some effort into the things ur doing or taking initiative in giving some concern to other members. The generation now needs more care and needs more SCOLDING!!! Have you notice that the generation now don't often get scolding from their parents??? They're being pampered... and they don't know wat being scolded is like. Come to BB and FEEL IT AND LEARN FROM IT!!!! Those who read my post... i tell you whether ur a PTE,REcruit, or any NCO of any rank.. PLz support ur leaders too.. Without each and everyone's support.. A Leader can't be a leader because he has no one to lead. And it's worthless working himself and carrying up a whole sum of burdens. BB ask for teamwork among each and everyone of us. Teamwork included fellowship-ing with other members,get to know each other well and i tell you...teamworking with them will be as easy as ABC. Now get ur butts moving and hold on to this Company.. we were once known as a strong company.. and now it's up to us to try hold it on.Remember... Rank isn't important...nor does power or fame. WAt's important is to learn from BB and to bring those nonbelievers to christianity through BB.. Take care...Love each other as God loves you all. =) Hope i din offend anyone or forget to say something in here.. |
