We always ask the other what can bb/company can do for me but we never question ourselves what can we do for company. The attendance dropping is quite a big trouble which face by company. What is the reason? The companyHBut the company had changed a lot to suit the new member! The reason seems to be the member and not the company! All of us shouldnft think about why we join bb but to think why we stay in bb. Felt tired, set back and sad because didnft get promotion as we wish is the common problems we face in bb! What is the best solution to solve the problems? Resign? Winner never quit, quitter never win! Difficulties and problem make the weaker fall but make the strong stronger! Without difficulties will we brave and strong? Without fall will we feel pain? Without lose will felt happy for the win? Without loss will we cherish everything that we have? Without set back will we get up again? Without pressure will we move toward the success? All we face in bb is the things we will face in our future and even in our job thatfs why we callgcompanyh! For me the reason cause the problem is love! Did we love one another, did we concern about the other? BB like a big family, how to maintain the harmony and the family member is depend on everyone who in this family not only officer and NCO! If the brothers in the family chose to be selfish and only thinks about own benefit but not the family it will fall apart! A good leader also needs the good follower! Every person is unique and contributes to company in different ways so whatfs the meaning to care about ranking? We are human, we will feel sad, but we also can feel happy! When we feel sad toward some things which happen in bb, please do remember to recall the memory we all sweat under the sun, all sad with same thing, all become crazy and mad in pesta and other events or activities! Although it is a test and problem for the company but GOD will make a way for bb in the way we cannot see! We do whatever we can! God grant us the serenity to accept the things we cannot change, courage to change the things we can, and wisdom to know the difference. May all bb company keep growing in the glory of god. (no offend anyone, and hope wat I said didnft wrong)!!!!!!!GOD BLESS |
