juz wanna clarify sumthing ah... tat post of mine which i wrote is not saying tat 'SAYA MAU BERHENTI' nonono.. dun misunderstand ah...(if sumbody does) i'm juz writing out wad the boys r thinking nowadays n their feeling... sum r my own experiences... n i noe 2nd Kch is facing a major prob now.. i juz wanna hear more comments from ya,all... after reading all these comments... i dig out a small prob tat every1 has... it is tis 'small prob' tat caused all these major probs now.... Many of u r realy gud at finding the probs.. ya, guD! we nid ppl lyk u... BUT!! we had too much of 'u' every1 is gud at digging out others weakneses.. shooting me n u... but wad is the conclusion?! yes, nco nowadays sik ade initiative... no leadership....(luv ya, slimer 4 saying tis) tis is a truth... but since every1 noes tis prob le... did u do anything? hav any1 taken any actions? in a strong company, we nid ppl tat dig out probs n weaknesses of the coy... we oso nid a strong leader 2 succeed n solve these probs... tis 'strong leader' dun nid 2 think n talk so much... HE JUZ HADDA DO IT N ACCOMPLISH IT! oh yeah.. we nid actions actions actions!! we r realy gud in finding the probs, but no one take any actions 2 solve it... yes, we nid more discipline, so?! wad can we do? u only answered the 'wad n why' question... u didn't answer the 'how' question... yes, we oso realy nid more love, so?! wad can we do? tis habit has bcome a lifestyle... omos every1 is doin it... ESPECIALY THE NEW GENERATION PTE N NCO... i realy hadda say tis... no action talk only.. wake up lar... wake up.. i'm talking seriously now... action is needed now... i hope sumday we all n sit down n talk bout it n solve it... thru tis topic tat i made... i found tis bad habit of us again.... c? praying to God is important n is wad we usually does.. but God will not help us if we juz sit ther n wait 4 his saving... no way... i'm a sinner, every1 is a sinner... we nid a self-reflect.. think bout it... i'm not saying i'm gud... i had my weakneses... n i m the one being shoot the most too... i luv bb... so do u, rite? |
