The new recruits and new nco are affected by the old member!So i think if we want to change the mind of the new recruits we should change the old member thinking first! Only recruits wanna to resign only? How about the old member? Every week they come for bb is because they love bb and find bbis interesting or just because of responsiblity? Always held some drill camp, band camp, i mean those buzy camp! How about try to held a camp which specialy for old member and seek for their deep heart thinking? No tough training just sit down have a brief talk between the officer, higher ranking and old member, and try to cook with wood! It was a difference experience use wood to cook, it will help to built up the team work! What i mean is, since the camp only talking and researching so how about take more times to cook (with wood)! It's hard to express during the whole process! But in my company it works! What are the problem that trouble them and try to solve the problems together! But of courts, the leader who lead the camp must full with patient and really listen to thier problems with heart and have a talk by heart with them? I believe they can understand! If the problems of old member was solved, they will lead thier junior or new recruits with the high spirit! Many of them feel bb is tough! How to make new recruit stay?Drill is difficult? How about to make the drill lively in diciplin ways? Everyone dislike pumping? My junior dun like the pumping but do not dislike to pumping! For me, I teach my junior drill and describe drill as a e i o u! After the command u cannot move! Demo the mistake they do in funny way, they will laugh at themself for the stupid and lovely mistake too! And give them a impress that pumping is not a "denda" but a reminder for u dun make any mistake and pay attention! Dun give many pump just two is enough for "every" mistake! Maybe u can divided member into two groups! Team A and team B! A is the better, B is the weaker! Let them have a healthy compete! The better in team b can go to team a, and the weaker in team a will go to team b! But must give both of the teams with correct thinking! It is impossible to solve this problem in a short time, solve it a litter bit and litter bit! I believe if everyone love the company, the problem will be solve! |
