b4 starting anything... hi 2 every1 here... its been quite a long time... seems like problems r bursting out recently.. bck 2 the main concern ---> attendance start fr the lowest 2 the highest... as a Boy: - play ur own role - don do wat u shud not (sumthing shud not be played by ur part) exp. acting like ur incharge over a manner, let the ncos do the work be polite, don boast around, pay ur respect - don blame if ur not promoted or anything, u shud interpret y ur not promoted - don be self-centered, ur not the only 1 waiting 4 promotion, ur not the best after all, u juz think ur the best NCOs: - do ur work too (rili do it) exp. make ur calls regularly - if u did it oledi then find out the reason behind it, y they r not coming, is the reason given the truth? - if they rili don wan 2 come u do it the harsh way, get their uniforms bck, wats the purpose of begging them bck? - wat is the prob if there r juz 20 left? - don be lazy, u hav the authority given, then use it wisely - regarding the activities, explain y u all shud be sitting in cls, if not where u get ur badges? - if badges is not the main concern, then wat? knowledge? how 2 gain it? get their feedbck - open ur mouth in meetings, don keep the feedbcks, they r useful, voice them out 2 the officers for ALL: - BB is not changing after all - ppls mindset r changing - BB nd 2 change to adapt ppls mindset or ppls mindset shud be change? - generations r taking over generations, of coz there r sum changes nd to be made, but not changing the purpose, the twin pillars??? DISCIPLINE: let the DISCIPLINED stay, swap the others out CHRISTIAN FAITH: spread the WORD of GOD, love 1 another as u love urself we r living GOD's life, not our own's we live 4 GOD we do HIS jobs BB is a method or a way to make ppl know GOD the numbers means nth the meaning behind every activity counts how 2 discipline a person n how 2 let him believe in GOD is wat BB cares advance the kingdom of CHRIST 20 souls saved n 100 members which 1 is greater? take a time, read the object n the twin pillars think about it like a man n not a kid we do wat we shud n wat we can leave the rest 2 the hand of GOD GOD will bless every1 of us |
