hi there everyone.... been a long long time since my last log in.... 1st congrats 2 those who r promoted.... especially 2 the new lcpls.... wish u all a fresh start.... mayb u all feel overjoyed.... so as usual i'll throw u all some question or challenge.... not 2 freak u out or pressure u but tk it as a motivation... since u all r in a higher level.... ppl may c u in a microscope.... everything u do wil be discussed... among boys' or even between officers.... ur good n ur bad.... how 2 gain respect from ur juniors??? i mean gain not by force... how 2 get the trust from officers??? how 2 play ur role as a NCO by not overdoing it (difference between ranking)??? sumtimes we do sumthing tat is not ordered or not wanted by our superiors... try 2 ask b4 u do sumthing... owes refer 2 ur sgt major coz he is leading the council... u might cost him 2 help u end ur mess if u go by ur own n did sumthing wrong... he wil owes get the blaim.... try think about the 3 question 4 the newbies... 4 the old member of the council... don think tat u all r very steady... we can be gud enough but we r nvr the best..... learn from every single member... enrich urselves everytime... there r plenty of space u can improve... through experience tat u hav... try 2 be more mature in everything u do.... don go according 2 ur feelings... feelings owes spoil things up... finally sgt major... i noe its not an easy job... i hav been in ur position b4... maintaining the council is tough... every member in the council hav different character n thinking.... don let them overwhelm u... u hav the last say.... ur not a puppet... show them ur in control.... sumone may not like u.. its usual.... be urself... ur gud... best among them n tats y ur incharge of the council.... may GOD giv u all wisdom 2 handle all the task in the future... GOD bless u all... |
