Refer to the topic. Which one do you prefer? Whole squad arranged by Platoon or Mix with other platoon? As for now, we're mixing all platoons boys together in each squad. But in the past few years, which happened to me for a year where the squad is sorted by platoons where squad 1~5 is GRSS platoon, 6~8 is KTSS platoon and 9~10 is OSS platoon. I don't know you guys know why im creating this topic because from my opinion i do think that Squad listed by Platoons is better but of coz each one hav their PROs and CONs but i do think that the PROs of listed by platoon is more than the mix one.. As u all know, our company strength is dropping quite bad until now. I don't know where goes wrong. Issit the own boys' problem? cultural shock? squad problem? squad leader problem? or even officers problem? I just need you guys out there's opinion. Please voice out any of your opinion or suggeestion! Will be much appreciated for the replies... |
