 Wahahaha.. i come back.. "Fancy Returned"..  .............  Kk.. About this matter, my opinion is dont mix good. why? I) platoon by platoon can make everyone feel very warm, because everyone beside is kenal de, will feel more like family, so boys wont easy quit because of feeling lonely.. and what about pei yang gan qing with other school?? Do you really comfirm can pei yang gan qing like that?? truely?? i cant gurrantee.. i know no one can gurratee.. before say pei yang gan qing with other school, but ask us a question - is all ppl in the same school knowing each other very well liao?? i dont think so.. maybe for now is relly true.. because our company strength is quit low..  but what if next year we got a lot of recruit? i dont think form1 or peralihan people will like to pei yang gan qing with other scool people 1st.. not many people like ah san that kind of tian shen socialise person.. now.. how to build bonding with other school? we can build during camp.. camp is the best way.. second is during community service.. third is game.. fourth is during bible class or award class.. but this one not efficient la.. because if devide group they always will find zi ji ren first.. haha.. talk back to mix one.. mix in one squad will make the communicate(knowing) time of them longer?? not think so.. they only stand together during opening and closing without talking, then all class is sperate, then game saperate, then maybe singspiration got sit with squad(but in singing how do u talk?).. so in the end dint show any ming xian advantages in mix.. II) platoon by platoon can make squad leader easier to handel.. this one i can gurrantee, many people also can gurrantee.. Y? no need talk so much.. because same school ma.. the probability to having contact point in anyway is bigger and bigger, even wanna see his parent also easy, just wait him after school.. i dont want hear anyone say "if you xin, mix school also can ma, a squad leader if you xin is dont care his biys is other school or not, you xin find sure can find ma.." this stupid statement i dont want to hear form any idiot!!
 dont always misusing the "you xin"! if relly want to say "you xin", a squad leader of unmixing squad put same level "you xin" of the squad leader of mixing squad, who can come out better result.. EXP: if u can manage boys at his house(mix), u can find boys at school and at his house(unmix), if u can call her parent(mix), you can talk to his parent in front them(unmix).. and so so.. and squad leader no need pass the "problem" to other people for help, we are not david beckhem, what we pass may lost in between.. hehe.. and squad leader hard to face the problem boy in the "front line".. and squad leader cant say "because of mixing squad so is harder to manage.." wahahaha.. no more ti\his kind of jie kou liao.. so every squad must do better.. no.. is able to make the best.. now.. let us try to see side effect and how to solve it.. I) people tend to have own gang.. if mix wont la? so ka? so desu ka?? SOME TIME (some time means not always)mix will make them more tend to making own gang.. because cant be with frend ma... so if got little change they mix gather together liao... haha... if is gang gang one, make them gang mix gang la.. i think would be better than personal mix personal.. like what u know? like pesta.. a gang mix with another gang, then when gang mix gang will become very fun.. i know some of you will know what i say.. this is NCO job to do liao.. NCO become a very good gang 1st.. then make your own school gang mix with other school gang in activities.. this is what we shud think of.. we must step to next level liao.. and if NCO of different school mix very well, then boys will be influence.. like if dennis kho best friend with lee jia haw.. then can make 2 squad fellowship or what... or something like that.. the boys see my squad leader best with that squad leader, they will also tend to best with that squad people also.. it is call influence.. not always have big effect la.. but still is a good ways.. can be try... but STRONGLY SUGGEST that apply in condiction: NCOs MUST totally have good bonding and dint have problem each other.. otherwise will cause a lot of things..(this could talk further so dont want elaborate..) and if NCOs is good then wont be afraid "gang tyle of resignation".. because squad leader do their own job very well.. Haiyo.. 1 thing nia la.. NCOs good can solve problem I), and NCOs is resposible to be good, so i think problem I) is not a big problem.. II) squad looks not good because GRSS has many people and KTSS, PSS, OSS, will become more little and little.. and unmix will casing unfair to OSS.. this is a big problem also.. but.. i dont think GRSS is TOO MORE people right now.. since our total company strength is.. haiz... even now majority still GRSS is the back bond.. but this one can be solve if KTSS and PSS can recruit more people.. and if can.. kuching height will be a very good "pasaran".. haha.. and make the squad only 6 ppl like that wont make squad bad looking.. hehe.. and less people good for squad leader to handel also.. then about the unfair for OSS.. we no nid OSS lo... anyone other school assign to the squad leader who is more capable.. if got certain ammount of OSS, then assign to all squad lo.. or.. we can like.. KH go PSS lo, lodge go KTSS lo..something like that.. then will be half mix liao right?? HAHAHAHAHA  in the end not mix and not unmix.. is half mix.. HAHAHAHAHA .........hmm......... sumimasen.. to exited..  then is good lo... got platoon one and little mix one.. fair enough to both side?? hehe.. i not reliase also... when write until here baru reliase that: eh!! become half mix oh! haha! anyway.. i like platoon one at 1st.. now little mix i feel not bad also.. hehe.. anyone got any idea.. please share.. am i inspiring u? do u find out anything i miss looking at? please voice out.. thanks.. for those who support dont mix please elaborate.. who supprot mix also please elaborate.. and who supprt half mix(can it be call half mix?? haha..) also also elaborate.. hehe... arigatou gozaimasu.. ganbatte mina san.. for our LORD JESUS CHRIST( great captain), we do the best!!
