okay.. tat's the reason im not giving any of my PROs and CONs at my 1st post.. some of my reasons are all stated by fancy (w/o chang) already. We squad by mix so wad? take attendance during opening parade oso din talk much or to say totally din talk tiok.. n den go class oso mix liao den games oso mix... so, y not just making the 'maintaining members' job easier by sorted by platoon since they are in the same school and will meet up more frequent.. so, the contacting squad members is no longer a hard job for squad leader and no such reason like "cannot contact my squad member this week". if stil get this reason by squad leader when the squad is sorted by platoons, then u can ask the squad leader to slap himself for talking crap... And.. yeah as u all knows, if we join bb, we always hang around with bb members during school time like recess or watsoever free time we have. (this may not be true for now.. i dunnoe) by this the bonding between each other really can make the attendance wont be driving up n down too exaggerate... hmm okay there's much more PROs but now i talk bout some Cons Cons is yeah.. Gang A Gang B will be appeared with higher possibility. Becoz bonding too gud between each other then when some problem come across to tat group/gang, then they might come up with quiting BB TOGETHER/(WHOLE GANG) and ended up we very hard to save the whole gang back. u noe la.. nowadays de kids dun think much... they just do what they think den.. yeah.... this case happened too.. and this is the Cons lor.. still got more la.. we wait for other ppl to comment.. =) feel free to correct each other if u do think of another way.. this is a forum where we discuss things together and find a solution for it.. and yeah.. happy reading! haha Edited by Yeong, Jan 2 2009, 01:03 AM.
