Wahahaha~!! So long didn't have this kind of post anymore ah? Hahahah!! >.< Hmm... my opinion? After reading all those long sentences (all thanks to the contributors I guess... =_=), I guess I would go for squads with own platoon members. To say this by my experiences in BB, well, it's not too bad for squads with mixed platoon members too. Either both, it doesn't really matter to me whether it's mixed platoon members or own platoon members since we still 'hang out' pretty well together. I guess my squad leaders at the time did do their trick of 'sticking us together' pretty good. I myself as the assistant squad leader didn't have any problem of communication or teamwork even with members from different platoons. I guess it all lies in the squad leaders, as well as the NCOs. Why I said so? Think yourself lar! You all were and still are leaders!! Hahaha!! Anyway, one of the few matters I would strongly say YES!!! in this thread is fancy's point of influences through leaders. p/s It really works!!! That's what I do now in university - influences through leaders (SOAR Advisors to be exact) to new students in university, giving them hints of how to survive in university. Take that in leaders and trust me on this - you are and will always be the examples of others. Well, that's all from me for now! You'll hear more from me~ Hehehe~ =P |
