haha...at first all go for mix then now all go for platoon I prefer by PLATOON fenny...remember last time we argued in front of old sanc? u're trying to disagree my opinion Relationship if u say wanna build relationship by mixing, abolish squad system! build relationship with ur own sch boys first we're not superman, knot always jaga kasut tepi orang u cnt even take care of those in ur own sch, y bother others? knowing a lot of boys 50% isn't any better if you know some boys 100% having 1 awesome fren is better than 100 bad frens to know everyone in BB, isn't through mixing...pros of mixing=if u get 10 ppl a sq...at the end, u only know 10 ppl... so if mixing only to get u to know that 9 ppl, not worth it...as u know...efficiency is much much much affected see this Principle of Utilitarianism Gang? come on...wat gangs can BB boys form? gangs that fight and quarrel? gangs r formed for similar interests and it's there relationships r formed...more topics will be introduced between 'own' ppl will u feel stronger urge to go BB if there's competition? gangs do promote competition...and u wanna show GRSS wat PSS is...and be proud of ur own sch Efficiency efficiency is the key to success, without efficiency...u wait long long then u know i.e. one day... A du la: i dun wan u all to blame each other la! later an wa come then big matter liao... u're not close enuf; need build relationship; tmr i'll merge all ministries together! so tat u menteri kesihatan can also work with pengangkutan ministry... enuf problem liao! total strength is declining and u're creating problems and difficulties for NCOs... when difficulties r there, accept it that NCOs r not that gud enuf to handle other sch boys, the system is crushed... at the end...we complain NCOs for not doing their work, not informing, no commitment, etc... when they c the obstacles, they feel defeated and give up being responsible P/S: dun worry too much, 2nd Kuching isn't that weak after all... 1 difference i notice between 2SJ and 2KCH is the way officers and members socialize...can 2KCH speak politely to boys who did wrong? scolding isn't the better way i think... treat everyone as adults with respects, not scolding and insulting...i think it's bad... not even NS scold trainees in that way... 2nd KCH isn't a full time intensive training camp there's a manual given by 2SJ and there i read: when one is wrong, pull him aside and lecture; not pointing him in the crowd when u're trying to talk in front of crowd, praise em |
