LvIN its nice to have u to sound up like that in here.but did u sound up in the meeting?was once an issue for this discipline stuff but did any nco do to commit in improving discipline problems?all company face some social and discipline issues.i visited 3rd kajang and guess wat?the officers and members are like friends. and guess wat?friends till members dun even care to greet the officers and juz call out names.furthermore with 2 sergeants, they cant even proceed to a normal opening ceremony from the drill handbooks.they apply with their own version and its all mix up.Officers mostly emphasize on the spiritual side but not much on discipline?not to say im so BB-addicted, but the twin pillars?if u feel like going ahead, do so.by right, when there's will, there's way. cheers. no hard feelings as well.juz pointing out several ticks in the hair.
