eh wei i think for weekly parade oso need post summary la... even if its a boring one.. certainly der's sth interesting happening in between de ma... like some boys got 'pump' by some nco... or suddenly dis nco scold ppl... or maybe during bible class u learn sth new... or during singing u learn new songs... all dis can put la... if u find yrself writing all boring stuffs week after week... den u will noe how de boys feel every week ===> BORING... so when dat happens, u will find ways to avoid making de meeting BORING for de sake of everyone else... so u have to make sure dat der's new and exciting things or de boys to look forward to every meeting... if they come to meeting every week doing de same boring stuffs not learning anything new or experience anything new... sooner or later they wont come back and they will tell their frens BB is boring la dis and dat n those ppl will go tell their smaller bros or frens next time dun join BB la boring u noe... so everyting has a cause and reason... so in order to solve de problem... u have to identify wads de cause of it and change it... its not hard... i've already identify it for u... in order to make de weekly meeting interesting... orderly ncos have to do their job... play games can la but dun everyweek play cpt's ball la... i see liao oso sien ah... last time mr allan got make one section for games maybe can get ideas der... sometimes see de boys play games oso bo lat bo lat and ncos nvr wan join in to play... how le??? i come back see dem play cpt ball oso sien ah... dun belif me... ask ssgt alvin... weekly update and summary is gud to help u reflect on wad is goin on and wad needs to be improved... since everyone is doing dis... i will oso put dis...
