Posts: 673 Group: Warrant Officer^ Member #48 Joined: April 24, 2006	hmmm...Dril competition againt other organization...that's really hard to make it.... 1. who will become a judge for the competition - later they might thing that the judge got "corruption" from organizer....hehe - there will cause sumthing "besong" among uniform body...there is no meaning to do that.... =) 2. every uniform body got different way of drill - unless u go standardized the Drill for every uniform body?? swt....that really hard.... hmmmm.....my advice...if u really wan company to recuit on ur skool, 1st thing u haf to do is.... - maintain the str of company.....maintain the str of ur platoon...reduce the losses of member.. then i guess officer council will think of recuitment on ur skool? hehehe...so..start doing that now

And for the drill standardization, i think in Kuching Company, the drill are almost standardized le because Lt. Desmond did teached those boys and NCOs during BNTC and asked them to teach their boys. Anyway, i still think this is a good idea to get all the companies in kuching participate together
