hmmm... about todays band... satisfied dat all turn up... stamina not bad oso... can tahan march so long... but next week even longer... so be prepared... but der is one thing which i dun like... discipline.... haiz... veri hard for me one person to control 40+ ppl u noe... everytime i go back after band sure throat a bit itchy one... like when i wan say sth n yet everyone der so busy playing their own instruments... have to shout here n der... n den some still cant listen to wad i say or they just dun pay attention... der is a time n place for everything... when u r suppose to play yr instruments.. den u play.. when u r not suppose to... dun... i already told sect leaders to make sure their members learn their songs n memorize n yet till today still so many dunno how to memorize... i dunno wad shud i do about dis problem.. pls MAKE SURE ALL YR MEMBERS NOE HOW TO PLAY ALLLLLLLL DE SONGS BY NEXT SAT... n pls... be discipline.... next time... no one is allowed to play their instruments unless they got permission from de drum major or conductor... during full band is not de time for u to learn yr songs... during full band is for everyone to come together n play as a band... learn songs is during yr sectional practice time or at home... |

so..now we see the importance of learning songs at home ... not only during band sectional practise some even more charm..during full band..hmm anyway..i think today not bad la..hehe i can feel the feeling of Sgt. Nigel.. NCOs or section leader need to MAKE SURE no playing instrument when conductor is talking..or during teaching.. when full band |

no matter wad la... i just hope everyone will put in 110% into dis parade... n pls remember to pray... pray dat no one will fall sick on dat day... pray dat everything will go smoothly... pray dat everyone will have enuf energy for de whole day... n pray for nice weather in de afternoon and night... n oso harap de VIP in de afternoon one dun loso so much... hahaha.. |

yeah..hehe..anyway..thanks to all those who had attended the band practise for our kuching city day parade...we all did our job quite well i love the bagpipe..mayabe we can focus on bagpipe..becoz we are the only team with bagpipe now..i love 2nd kuching company =) coz we're special !! !! we'll do better next year eh !!!! |

yeah i noe it needs time...to grow i noe hehe...vision 2020 ? =P what i mean is...er...i think u get wrong what i mean haha i mean that our bagpipe now got ppl can blow liaw and ppl can use liaw not like last time so now we can fully make use of the bagpipeS aha we dun put our bagpipe in the bandroom for nothing.. so..next time..can go out perfomance use bagpipe lor !! =) |
