"cheh meh kia"? sry if u don like it jk only oh y not capable? capability is based on ourself to change it... 3 years ago, we have Sgt Lo Siaw Chin as Drum Major and Cpl Hong Ei Sheng as Conductor during the City Day Band Competition at Padang Hoki were we very good then?
