After thier back i can fell that they learn a lot of things there although i didn't go. But when i listen to thier chatting, i can tell that! And i always thinking about a question that is what is leader? What should a leader do? Anyone willing to tell my?

Posts: 1,124 Group: Warrant Officer Member #15 Joined: March 1, 2005	by the way..i wan to ask u that whether u attend any basic NCO training school or even advance? if u've attended then u will know more about leader hehe =) for me.. what i wanna emphasize on is that a good leader... MUST be a good follower because if u dont even know how to respect ur leader..im sure next time ur follower will 100% 100%100% not following what u ask them to follow..because u ever show not good follower to them but a good follower may not be good leader( not dare to ask or give opinion) again..a good leader...lead and do the work together with his follower.. not just asking people to do but we as a leader dun even bother about it example..asking boys to pay compliment by greeting NCOs or Officers but then as a L/Cpl or Cpl Not greeting Sgt S/sgt or Officers anyway..too many things to talk about leadership hehe u can find it in one of the article posted by W/O Dennis Chin http://z9.invisionfree.com/2kchbb/index.ph...=276&st=0&#last this is what our Mr.Hong post in one of his reply..super agree =) Quote: Our christian role model (leader) is Jesus. Wad should we do? or maybe there is something wrong with us. So everyone feel free to tell a few ways to solve this problem among Friends

Far Far Way Posts: 217 Group: Ex-Brigader Member #51 Joined: April 26, 2006	now there.....do you think is wish to tell a boy that you likehim...if you know he likes you for along time? one day the guy ask your best friend that whether you like him or not...but you shy and you say" i just treat him like friend",...and your friend telll the guy ......the guy then think you just treat him like normal friends notthing special....so he turn away....but still treat you ask freind...but no more like you....but the guy is very in hurt cos he thinks he missunderstand you...everytime you smile to him or look at him...and you still like the guy....so you dont know anything about him asking you like him or not to your friend....so you still smile to the guy evertime....but you dont know your actually hurting him....cos he think you dont like him...so you really like him and he really like you....but just because of some missunderstanding...you and the guy just could be together...wad should i do pls help this poor gal.
