Rules & Regulations


Moderator of Bombs Away~
1. The moderator of this game shall be known as the Game Master (GM). He or she shall be fully authorized in the war and be given full control over all properties in the space and incidents happening in the space. The GM shall be able to eliminate any players from the war or close down the universal store if any of the rules & regulations is breached.


Captains & Warships
1. Registered players shall be given a warship, each with the players’ own nickname in this forum. Once a player has registered his or her nickname in this game, he or she shall be considered as in he or she is aware of the rules and regulations of the game and has accepted them unconditionally.

2. Players shall be fighting against other players in the space. Only registered players who are provided with a warship shall be able to participate in the war. Players that fire any bomb at any unregistered players shall result in destroying own layers of shield, depending on the number of bombs threw.

3. Newly-registered players will be given a starting modal of 500 zeny and 0 experiences (exp.).

4. They shall also be protected by an impenetrate shield blessed upon the warships by the GM, resulting in all attacks against the following warships ineffective. After 24 hours, the shield shall be removed by the GM, thus exposing all possible attacks towards the following warships following the same regulations mentioned unless requested by the captain of that warship to remove its impenetrate shield. Newly-registered players can only start firing bombs at other players once their impenetrate shield is removed by the GM.

5. A warship shall consist of 2 layers of shield. The shield can be destroyed by firing a bomb at it or when attacked by a space disaster. Once all layers of shield are penetrated, the warship shall be exposed to all possible attacks, including the space disaster in the space.

6. When a warship is destroyed in the war, the following player shall be automatically out of the war. However, once the player requests to have a new warship, the GM shall authorize a new warship to the following player within a week’s time, after considering the background of the following player in this game.


Bombing
1. When a player wants his or her warship to fire a bomb, he or she must shout the following tagline:-
“XXX BOMB, XXX BOMB, XXX BOMB TO ZZZ BOMB.”
All words in the tagline must be in capital letters and the tagline must be ended with a full stop or exclamation mark. ‘XXX’ would be the name of the warship which is about to fire a bomb and ‘ZZZ’ would be the name of the warship being aimed. Failure to comply any condition written above would result in the bomb(s) released ineffective and wasted.

2. To reflect the opponent’s bomb, one must shout back the same tagline only with the ‘XXX’ being his or her own nickname of his or her warship and ‘ZZZ’ being his or her next targeted warship’s nickname. When doing so, a bomb must be fired in order to shout out the following tagline. If two or more bombs are being aimed at a warship, the following warship must fire the same amount of bombs being shot at the following warship in order to defend itself. Failure to reflect the opponent’s bomb(s) within 24 hours shall result in one layer of the shield being destroyed or the warship being destroyed when no layer of shield is left to counter the bomb(s).

3. When a warship is firing its bomb(s), the following warship must fire all their bomb(s) altogether by shouting out the taglines for each bomb in a post or the bomb(s) stored or kept within the warships will not be of any use in any war. All bomb(s) in all warships shall be refreshed and be ready to be fired after 24 hours from the time the previous bomb(s) is (are) fired.

4. Warships can only fire a certain number of bomb(s) towards their opponents’ warships depending on the opponents’ warships level. Under normal circumstance, the number of bomb(s) allowed to be fired towards their opponents’ warships must be of the same with the level of the warship one is aiming at. [Exception: Refer to War and Zone(2)]

5. Warships (level 2 and above) firing bombs at more than one warship or a warship being fired bombs by more than one warship is known as multiple bombing. Multiple bombing can only be applied in certain zones or when Space War is declared only. Under normal circumstances, warships can only focus on one warship at a time until when its bomb(s) is (are) reflected back or its bomb(s) has (have) destroyed its target.


Space Disaster
1. There will be all kinds of possible disasters happening in the space such as meteorites or a black hole closing in. Depending on the types of disaster, all warships within the zone where such an occurrence happens shall receive the effects or damages from these disasters, thus affecting the warships’ condition.

2. When warship(s) is (are) under attacked by space disaster(s), all weapons shall be suspended and all bombs being fired will be destroyed as well.


War & Zone
1. All wars shall take place in the space only. There will be a number of zones created in the game to suit each player’s preference. Each zone shall be given a unique preference.

2. There will be a special war known as the Space War, where warships have no restriction in firing bomb(s) towards other warships. Only when Space War is declared in any of the war zone, warships can act accordingly as mentioned above.

3. Players are forbidden to move their warships from one zone to another zone when any of the condition below occurs:-
(i) When the following warship(s) is (are) under attacked by other warships.
(ii) When the following warship(s) is (are) attacking other warships.
(iii) When space disaster(s) is (are) happening within the zone the following warship(s) is (are) currently at.

4. When leaving or arriving at a zone, players must leave a remark in a new post, stating that his or her warship just arrives or leaves a zone. Failure to do so shall result the following player did not move his or her warship from his or her previous zone.

5. All warships must be in a zone all the time. When moving from a zone to another zone, the moving must be done within 24 hours or the following warship shall be teleported to Galaxia without prior notice.


Levels
1. There will be a leveling system in this game. Level 2 can only be achieved when a warship has obtained a total of 100 exp. from the beginning. Level 3 can only be achieved when a warship has obtained a total of 300 exp. from the beginning. Level 4 can only be achieved when a warship has obtained a total of 500 exp. from the beginning. Level 5 can only be achieved when a warship has obtained a total of 700 exp. from the beginning. When a warship has been sunk, the surviving warship shall gain a new layer of shield and 10 exp.

2. Players are only able to fire one bomb at other players at a time depending their warships’ level. Players will be able to fire two bombs at a time when level 2 is reached. Players will be able to fire three bombs at a time when level 3 is reached. Players will be able to fire four bombs at a time when level 4 is reached. Players will be able to fire five bombs at a time when level 5 is reached. [Exception: Refer to Bombing(4)]


Money & Items
1. There will be a money system in the game and its currency is called zeny. Players can earn 2,000 zeny each time by destroying an opponent’s warship.

2. Players can buy special items from a universal store located in the space.


Universal Space Store
1. There will be a universal store created in the space. As to prevent the store from being damaged from any possible attacks in space, the station shall remain indestructible unless its impenetrate shield is removed by the GM.

2. The store shall be selling various items that will aid or boost the players’ warship. Stocks in the universal store will be refreshed every 24 hours and are based on availability.

3. There will be a set of rules and regulations in the universal space store itself. Players are to follow the rules and regulations stated in order to make a purchase.


If any rules and regulations above are breached, players shall be given a warning card. Once he or she has collected a total of 3 warning cards, he or she shall be banned without prior notice from playing the game till further notice from the GM.
