When in Galaxia, *all wars must seize and no bombing is allowed by anyone under normal circumstances.* This neutral zone shall also be the zone where *all new warships shall be teleported to* once they are authorized by the GM. Please refer to the Rules & Regulations - The Constitutin - Section Bombing, no.1. Besides, you are currently protected by an impenetrate shield (You may check your account in Book of Warships), thus, you cannot fire any bomb at any registered players yet. Quote: Newly-registered players can only start firing bombs at other players once their impenetrate shield is removed by the GM. #Take from The Constitution, section Captains & Warships, no. 4.
