When in Rushia, the same rules and regulations as written in The Constitution shall apply except that all weapons shall be refreshed every hour. Any warship that *fail to reflect any bomb targeted towards it in an hour shall result in one layer of shield being destroyed.* Quota for this zone: Unlimited. Current warship(s): #None# Last updated on 1712 hours, 12th July 2007.
