Hi all, I have a few suggestions and need help on certain matters. Firstly, it is possible for us(8th kch members) to join some of your award classes such as swimming and gymnastic? next year? It would be very nice if you could let us join it so we can have more of those award instructors in our own company in times to come. Secondly, i would like to suggest a annual inter-company sports day for all the companies in kch but we will start from two companies first(2nd & 8th) Thirdly, i would like to suggest us(all the companies in kch)to form a Kuching District NCO council. The objective of this council would be: 1) closer the gap between companies (2)Standardize things(drill, etc) (3)Save cost, human resource on certain matters(such as award classes) That's all for my suggestions. nt a bad idea....f.y.i...i'm teachin swimmin class...but still he final decisions will be made btw sgt tiong and d officers.anyway,10x 4 suggestin dis idea...we thought of it b4 juz dat haven decide 2 make it a success.... |

o... can you help me ask your officers concerning the award classes? btw the Kch district council is to closer the gap between companies and also standardize some of the things such as drill. I don't know why we got the same drill handbook but still got people drilling different. weird Not really about merging la. When we want to like do some kch district activities it would be much more simple. Pass the msg on. thx Regards, Daniel Yong |

hmmm... regarding to these matters, i think i'd bring some of these suggestion up to NCOs council n officer council.
about the swimming, i think it'll be no problem if we got a swimming instructor (probably will be ben) teaching next year. For gymnastic, i think it'll be a problem because we're putting gymnastic n pt into our award class next year during parade time.
Yeah, suggested n discussed this with my NCOs in council meeting b4. This one most probably will be worked out next year. =)
About this, i dun really get what this really works ler... can explain it in more detail? how can it save cost? etc.... and i think this will be harder because it involves ALL companies. >"< |

very constructive suggestions, Boys.  i agree we are lack of inter-companies interactions. for the 3rd suggestions, please bring up the idea to your captains (respectively), it'll be considered. For officer councils, we have the southern region council which is headed by Capt. Norman from 1st Kuching. bring the idea to him & probably it might work. thx. w/o kueh, 2nd kch.

Hmmm... I agree to the first and second ideas. Great if we are able to share instructors together so that the lack of instructors will not be an issue anymore. That way, we can share information and talent together. Lol~ About the second idea, you can actually organize ExploreRace as an annually event that is participated by companies in Kuching. That will be a great idea I think. About the third idea, is it a council participated by NCOs only? |
