Oic, it's a council for all NCOs? Or just for certain ranking NCOs? Besides, what will be discussed in the council? Events like ExploreRace? Combined Sports Day? |

Oic, it's more like a temporary committee council for certain major events that involve companies in Kuching, only that you guys decided to make it official. Okay, I wish you guys luck in the council then~!
