I'll start the story beginning from the moment i reached the church. These mixture of sexes in the company has a different atmosphere. Officers and SSGT carried walking talkies walking around n talk with them...cool huh? like running a big firm NCOs only, fell in and had uniform inspection, where same rank inspecting the same rank happened. punishments were given somemore... LCP1: Ur uniform dirty! drop 5! LCP2: (into pumping position...) one LCP, two LCP, three LCP, four LCP, five LCP. Permission to get up LCP! LCP1: up. They use "DROP", n the one punished use that instead of our "1,2,3,4,5, thnk u lcp for permission...." While other Ptes are standing on the side chit chatting, LT came n shouted, "hey PTES, aren't u going to help the juniors down there??!!" n they were moving down the stairs, he continued, "MOVE! faster!" THE OPENING After the inspection, there came the OPENING PARADE. And this is TOTALLY different from what I saw in 2nd Kuching --- 6 squads into 2 platoons and there were 2 platoon leaders with 2 assistant and 1 parade commander in front, therefore...it's like our GOH ***see picture below*** Then they had inspection among PTES and took attendance. SQ Leaders did the same as ours, marched up front n handed the roll call to PLATOON LEADERS and PL handed them to Parade Commander. At the same time, the senior sect officer went to shout at the juniors, "who is has the highest rank here?(SSGT fell them in) who should u listen to??" Some said it's the officer, so he pumped all the juniors...n asked n dono then pump again....until someone said SSGT. And a little boy carryin a bag with him falling in ended up scolded badly. Officer shouted so loudly like ANTC 2005....juniors only la wei...the atmosphere is so tensed(for me only coz others may got used to it already), i felt really bad for the little kids. Our kids are so naughty, fall in also move here n there. Their's so obedient. AFTER WORSHIPPING I had some chat with one of the officers there. Their SSG 20yrs old, SGT 19, cpl 18... members are promoted at the age of which we say it's old....anyway the company is now changing the system slowly back to standard 14 yrs LCP, 15 CPL ... And the most interesting thing is...they have this rank called "Private First Class (PFC)"....very cool huh? instead of calling "Senior Ptes", they call them "PFC" When a recruit join, they nidda go a camp(PTEs go BNTC, RECs go here) where they were taught n get prepared to be PTE... n there's also boots camp. The officer told me this is the idea from US where members who failed in the camp Knot get their boots...haha no boots how? go bata buy RM9.99 leather(rubber) shoes They only have 1 awards day per year, otherwise before PESTA as they nid to be more fancyful on their right arms n show around in PESTA UNIFORMs Instead of our "rental" ---- field service cap, haversack, buckle belt, they dun supply 'rental'. This means members nidda buy themselves...damn rich man N they were surprised to c our system of rental They buy all these...if they were to complain, they early early resign already... Ours? only pay for the blues already gua gua jiao... recruits got their own T-shirt SOMEMORE...nidda buy SUMMORE...and after 6 months wear NOMORE BADGES Award classes change every 2 months...wauh...imagine that u can have 5-6 awards 1 yr just from awards class i'm sure no prob to get a pass....2 months classes...dun tell me u gonna fail They had 3 president badge holders previously and only 1 is still wearing it currently...and someone's gonna create history for them to be the 4th... and IF everything goes well, be their 2nd founderman Badges are kept by their SSGT, not officers, and so as uniform accessories DRILL Great Timing...trained to have spirit of 1 sharp stamping sound---PAM. Trained to lift feet up to 90* regardless of gender However, not many can command well. And their stage is just up to basic drill and called "Tukar haluan & jadikan squad" advanced drill i asked a white shirt man whether he heard of the real advanced drill, he said no 2SJ vs 2KCH = beautiful movements vs do more different movements quite an interesting company, it doesn't seem bad after all more intersting things coming up next week...gonna have a joint parade with 1st PJ ***company fall in***gotta dl n c...few kb only white circles are tanda orange is company commander white triangle = assistant platoon commander black riangle = platoon commander 2 platoons are like that... left platoon does the same as wat we always do right platoon does the opposite things platoon commanders check dressing after 'berderet dlm 3 barisan..." assistant be vase

wah.. tat sum1 to cr8 4th president man must be quite excited himself.. lol.. boots camp? hmm.. can try.. i think the camp for recruits to be private is a good one.. how's their weekly parade program? same like ours? the time range ler? the flows of the program? do they do alternative week program like us? |

it's 'boot camp', if WO dennis around, he can also tell u more... US army style... and the 'not getting boots' part is just a small logic la... boot camp is like pre-military training... weekly program is more or less the same opening singspiration bible class drill closing no award class at the moment, public exams here, all classes closed time from 2pm to 6pm, no alternative week had combined service, enrolment, founder's day b4...but u heard of combined parade? Yesterday we combined with 1st PJ, opening worshipping games(ice breaking etc.) Drill competition(mixed, 1st year also participate) the game, which included blind-folding members n get to their respective destination, since blind-folded, they often lift their hands horizontally to c if there're any obstacles in front...n i saw a boy approaching a girl, both blind-folded, u know wat happened...almost...hehe Officer shouted, "put ur arms down!" Officers here are closely related to boys n girls they fool around with them they act like the members, doing wat young ppl do when it comes to drill, it's a different story i think the range of behavior is very wide 2nd kch officer all the time, watever activity, all the same, not too serious nor too close with members that's the difference between them Service badge based solely on weekly parade, no church parade attendance required as it is believed to be under the bible classes this way isn't wrong, based on BB handbook, right? Band consists of 10 members(from wat i saw, maybe some absent) 3 percussionists, 7 trumpeters, played "Flintstones" |

Ang 2nd miri, right? ben leh? 2nd kch report? i did the report to 2nd SJ...hehe... since this is own place...who would report own things to own ppl? own ppl already know liao.. n that report is usually done in council meeting...right? |

i mean... ppl used to judge others when they go new places... but y don't ppl judge the old places when they get into new places... or.. more or less.. judge wad tat is in the old places when u r in the old places... to seek the weak spot... if u get wad i mean... lol i juz wanna say.. we only appreciate or reflect on sum issues when we r apart from the old places.. zz i dun noe wad i'm sayin.. duh... |
