With Phoenix, Xer and Ryu joining, the brackets have changed. Here is the current bracket:

Playing each other would probably work better because you can play lag-free for that round.

Anyways, as far as I can tell, I'll still have brawl for a while. I'm borrowing it from a friend. If he takes it back, I'll just say so and drop.
Is this a sign-up?

Also, Xer and nix added to the sign up list

That's up to Bacon, to be honest. The brackets were calculated randomly. If I were to move you, I'd have to regenerate the brackets and all the matchups would change.

To be honest, the only person you'd seem to be able to fight would be Reptile, from what I've heard, but even still, most of us have all been playing for a while. I'd suggest using this tournament as a learning experience. There's no money involved anyway.

Just one thing I'd like to add in, I won't be able to play any matches this Saturday and Sunday, I've got a sort of trip to go to.

I'm talking about a pot; a tournament fee; a venue fee; things like that. I said that because Xer shouldn't worry about who he plays first round. There's no money involved. Read the context of message. <_<

I know what you meant, just intentionally taking it out of context.

Yes, xer, it's not like you're losing money. And if you won I still probably wouldn't buy you the prize xD

Guys, I still need feedback on the time. The faster I can get the time confirmed the faster I can get the date. 4:00 PM EST?

Just solidify the time. If it's a problem, people will complain. If they don't, then they'll just lose their match.

I work Monday nights, Friday nights, and Saturday mornings. Anytime after 4PM on Saturdays.

My last exam is Apr 24th, so any time after that is even better for me.

And I'm playing the supposed best one here? Funny how that works.
I've never played you, but, if you're a good player, then you shouldn't be playing against the best. If you're bad, generally you're supposed to be up against the best if there is any seeding (Pools).

This is to prevent the best people from knocking eachother out early, so a person who would get third places poorly cause he fought the guy who got first early on.

However, normally there is double elimination, but there's no time for that here.
The bracket was generated in random, not seeding. I don't know who is the best and who is isn't. I need a round robin to determine that.
I know. But I'm saying if it WAS Seeded.

Though, I only know how good me and maybe Jake is. Cause he's the only one I play regularly.

You can't even create a SEED setup anyways, using Wi-Fi to determine "Skill" is a very poor way to draw conclusions

So you think homerun contest scores or target tests would be a better testament to "skill"? Really?

The tournament is online. Therefore, determining how good someone is should be online.
