October 19th 2008 - Well, as I'm sure you all noticed, Adversity is having some issues. We randomly converted to Zetaboards and lost nearly everything. All our old codes, including our AC, is completely gone and never to return. Not only that, but our skin disappeared with it, though I luckily have the images saved in my Photobucket account. For now I am just trying to get AV looking decent again so we can re-open. Also I will be searching for some new codes to replace the old ones. It may take a while, but I want to thank you all for being here and supporting AV during this. I know it sucks xP Also, thanks everyone who's helped me so far, I can't tell you all how much I appreciate this. -Koz. |
-How to make tables work in Zetaboards. -Money code that works, Dae supplied me with 2 but both of them don't appear to work. That's it for now. I will add things to the list as I think of them though, so keep checking in! |

Character's Name: Nyx Gender: Female Age: 2½ years Height: 29" (at the shoulders) Weight: 70 lbs Power: -- Appearance: Nyx flaunts a gray-brown coat with patches of white and silver throughout. A scar runs the length of the right side of her tail, wherein the fur never grew back and she is missing a portion of her right ear. Overall, she is a slender wolf with a small build. Personality This wolf is as stubborn as the moon is to leave the night sky. She is arrogant and sarcastic in her words, always thinking she is right in her stance on certain issues. She is quick to assume things and a bit snippy. Nyx is also quite the hypocrite. On the contrary, her attitude does not always reflect the way she feels within. History: The sky was like crystal and the clouds like little pieces of heaven the day [mother's name] litter was born. She was so proud of her pups as she studied each and every one of them. However, [name] was unsure of one of the pups for it wa a runt. She was afraid that it would not make it through to see the light of tomorrow. RP example: The sky melded with the land in a beautiful, earthy horizon as the sun eerily peered through the crest of two hills. It was a still and quiet day, perhaps too quiet for this wolf's own liking. She grunted, irritated that her breath was visible for she was not fond of the cold weather that winter brought. The snow was certainly breath-taking, yes, but was it truly worth the pain of the bitter wind? Nyx always wondered this. In the end, she came to accept that this horrid creature of a season would arrive annually for the rest of her life. A light layer of snow clung to Nyx's reddish-gray coat as she meandered through what seemed to be an obstacle course of frozen brush and rock. Her ears lay flat against her head in utter disgust. "Hrmph." The she wolf could hear her mother now: Don't be so whiny, Nyx-Nyx. Life will always be full of dark corridors and high hills. How true this statement was. It took a good amount of time for the snow-covered wolf to finally come to the realization that mother was wise and only wanted what was best for her pups. Perhaps some day, they could be reunited and she could tell her this... let her know how much she is missed. But for now, onward to unexplored lands and the chance at a new life. A fresh start is exactly what she needed. It felt like hours had lapsed when Nyx finally lifted her head and focused on a single tree up ahead. Its' leaves had long fallen to the ground, but the branches seemed strangely welcoming with their odd contortions. She smiled, but only a little. Under the tree, the wolf had spotted a bare spot where no snow had touched. She nestled into the area with a satisfied expression. It was a well-deserved rest indeed.
