Monique Wayne claims the rap star, real name Earl Simmons, has never so much as spoken to his son and now he has stopped paying for his upkeep... Wayne, who won a paternity battle with the rapper last year, is speaking out in urban magazine Sister 2 Sister. Her lawyer Stephanie Moran, who joins Wayne for the interview, confirms the single mother is pressing on with a new court action. She reveals: "He's behind in child support and we have filed a motion for contempt." Despite the ongoing feud, Wayne still hopes DMX can be a major part in her son's life. She adds: "I would not keep my son from him, and if he wanted to see his father and if his father wanted to see him, I wouldn't stop it."
