I listened to it in 06 and i heard that they were releasing a new CD so i thought about getting their new CD instead of their classic ( like what i did with X) and i think i was kinda dumb for doing that... Prodigy lost his rhymes on most of the songs and he was my fav rapper out of the group. And yes, they joined G-Unit - which has no problem with me 1 - Smoke It - It was going good, nice production but once prodigy came... it just not right. thank god the production was good and havoc was trying to save the song.3.5/5 2 - Put 'Em In Their Place - this made me go like what?! prodigy is actually rhming but he still not rhyming all the way but atleast he tried. The song had grimy trombones or trumpets and it just made you feel like they were back but it's still a weak song against their classics. Anyways I love this song on the CD. 5/5 3 - Stole Something - Boring production, boring song, filler.. 1/5 4 - Creep -Good song but the beat is anooying at first but you'll get used to it. And guess what?!?!?! PRODIGY IS ACTUALLY RHYMING MORE!! YAY! Above average hook, good verse from 50 and P and H. 4/5 5 - Speaking So Freely - this is suppose to be a deep song but again... Prodigy isn't rhyming and its kinda anooying too to see Havoc saving most of the song... 3/5 6 - Backstage Pass - Kinda Club song and it kinda hot and again... WTH PRODIGY IS RHYMING NOW???. Good song but i think its missing some stuff. 3.5/5 7 - Give It To Me - I don't know if Mobb Deep woudl be the group to make club songs but good thing they had young buck to make the song real hot. The production is above average and good song for clubs but i think its underrated.4.5/5 8 - Click Click - Now this song is kinda random verse from yayo and havoc but finally prodigy is talking about violence! The production is hot and perhaps best song on the album.5/5 9 - Pearly Gates - ok song but prodigy killed it with bad rhymes and its shocking he dissed the lord.. but I think fif and havoc was doing great. 2.5/5 10 - Capital P, Capital H - Worse song.... Prodigy is spittin a...21 bars with no rhymes just makes the song boring to me.. and havoc couldn't save it. 1/5 11 - Daydreamin' - Now this track has a dark production and it's very hot. but again... Prodigy is not even trying wth... man. Anyways havoc saved it again with the beat..3.5/5 12 - The Infamous - YAY!!!! PRODIGY IS SPITTIN OVER A DARK BEAT!! GO! but OH MY GOD AT THE 3rd VERSE HE'S kinda average..... and the beat was made by alchemist. 3.5/5 13 - In Love with the Moula - This song is about like a love thing with havoc and prod with their girls but seriosuly Prod was doing good but then at mid he started to be akward. 3.5/5 14 - It's Alright - This is a very good song to end the album but again PROD IS NOT TRYING.....
and it had a good hook but it's just not good somehow... Mary saved the whole song. 4/5CONCLUSION: I didnt rate the bonus song cuz they were already on diff CDs but it wouldn't matter this Cd is disappointing for prodigy and havoc mostly did all the work and it gets a 3.5/5 but seriously it might be a 3/5 or 2.5/5 cuz its just havoc doing all the work and the beats are trying to save the songs and don't try to buy dis CD if u really want it, listen to the lyrics but get The Infamous - That's they're classic and Hell On Earth. |
