Debut Match: Triple Threat Match - US Contender's Tournament Round #1
Sangre V MVW Vs Blade Lavigne

MVW come out and went straight after Blade as Sangre relaxed a bit, watching the two fight it out. After MVW got over on Blade with a wicked DDT Sangre and MVW went with a hardcore brawl that led outside as Blade tried to do a spear off the top rope knocking the two men down. The ref counts a 7 count before Sangre broke the count.

After a few more minutes they end up fighting their way back to the ring. In 13 minutes Sangre hit the Sangre slam on Blade, then he turns towards MVW and hits the Blood and Gore and follows up with a pin,

Winner by pin fall Sangre

**The arena goes dark as the big screen lights up with a video montage.**

Commentator: “He is one of the Greatest ever to step into the ring!”

**A series of clips is shown of The Iron Man hitting the Cold & Critical on a series of opponents.**

Commentator: “There it is! Calvin St. James’ PWO US Title reign has just surpassed the one year mark!”

**A clip is shown of The Iron Man holding the PWO US Title in the air while standing on the ring ropes.**

Commentator: “The Iron Man takes home NBA’s prestige title as the first Major League Champion!”

**A clip of The Iron Man holding up the NBA Major League Title.**

Commentator: “He is truly Greatness, Unmatched!!”

**A clip is shown of The Iron Man holding up the XWA and XPW World Heavyweight Titles with the ECWF Elite World Title strapped around his waist.**

Commentator: “Ladies and Gentlemen, the first inductee into the ECWF Hall of Fame . . . The Iron Man!!”

**A clip is shown of The Iron Man walking onto a stage to a huge round of cheers.**

**The screen fades to black before opening up on a long hallway. A man is scene walking up the hallway towards the camera. Wearing an expensive black silk suit, black shades and black shoes, the powerful and unmistakable frame Calvin St. James carrying a large gym bag walks up to and by the camera. The camera turns and follows him as he turns into a large locker room. Calvin smiles as he sets his bag down on the plush couch and turns, looking into the camera.**

IM: “You have no idea how much I missed this. The sights, sounds, and atmosphere of the Pro Wrestler’s life . . . It’s addicting and it’s something that, once it’s in the blood, it never leaves you.”

**Cal nods as he looks around again before turning his attention back to the camera.**

IM: “So I get this call from an old friend. He makes this offer that some would say it too good to refuse. I mean, things have settled down at home, Missy and I tied the knot and work . . . well lets just say success was a given.”

**He pulls his shades down and winks into the camera before continuing on.**

IM: “Needless to say, I was ready to see what was next on my plate. But, some would be surprised to find out that I refused the offer . . . not once, but twice. I mean come on! I retired right? I left on the highest note most would say was possible. I took three belts that went into retirement with me. I took out an eighty-five percent winning record, numerous achievements . . . I could go on and on. But I had this . . . itch, I guess. So when the phone call came for the third time, I accepted the offer. Most guys will try and tell you that it was this massive deal just so the world could see them once more. Not so folks. I don’t do that. This was a call for a little muscle from a good buddy. He needed a man he could trust who had the total package. So, Brian gets his trustworthy friend and I have a reason to re-visit the wrestling game.”

**Calvin’s eyes settle on a poster for the PWA. He nods his head to Brian Kennedy’s picture.**

“So, here I am. I guess the official word is Brian asked me to come back as his manager. And really, I am more than happy to do that. But this isn’t some lame gig where I come in and talk a lot of nothing and don’t back it up. The rest of the PWA has been put on notice. The Iron Man is here for a reason and standing by is not what I do. If you’re familiar with the Establishment, then think of this as the second coming. If you’re not, God help you. Dominance doesn’t begin to explain what’s going on here. But if I can leave all of you with a piece of advice . . . don’t get in the way. It’s not that we hate you. In the words of the Establishment, It’s nothing personal . . . it’s just business. And me . . . well I’m damn great for business. See you around guys.”

**fade to black**

Singles Match: US Contender's Tournament round #1
Jay Williams Vs Legacy

Jay and Legacy get nose to nose in the middle of the ring, out comes Bishop and knocks the ref out. They both jump him as Packer comes to enter the ring. He enters and Bishop and Packer fight a few minutes before more refs hit the ring.

Wilson comes out and makes everyone banned from ring side. Jay and Legacy start the match. 6 minutes in Jay hits THB and pins.

Winner by pin fall: Jay Willaims

This is just a short little segment I made as a teaser for the debut of LEGION. Please run it at some point during Conquest 4, and again during the show after (the one I won't be booked on). I hope its formatted correctly. If not, LMK and I'll change it.

The subtle opening chords of “The Mark Has Been Made” by Nine Inch Nails start to play as a multitude of scenes start to race past. Terrible scenes: The LA Riots, the aftermath of bloody conflict in the Third World, pictures of flies buzzing over decaying bodies, night vision depictions of bombs exploding over Iraq, buildings exploding at the hands of suicide bombers, tanks rumbling through the desert sands, Nazi’s marching in lockstep. Interspersed with the scenes are crudely written words flashed on screen at an almost subliminal level. “Chaos”, “War”, “Hate”, “Violence” and finally “Anarchy.”

As the song picks up it’s tempo at around the 2 minute mark, the scenes get faster and more brutal: a spate of assault rifle fire, the infamous scene of an LA rioter crashing a brick into a man’s head, a line of prisoners being systematically executed. The images start flashing by faster and faster, until the song reaches it’s final harsh crescendo at the 3:30 mark.

A lone figure stands on pavement. He’s wearing a jet black pressed suit, and strangely, a human skull, hollowed out and painted red, sits over his head like a grim mask. Slowly, the ground around him catches fire. The flames arc along currents of poured gasoline as the camera pans back and up. Finally, the man stands amidst a burning pattern that looks like this:

Posted Image

The skull adorned face looks up, and a sinister bass rumble starts to pour forth from it. He’s laughing.

The image cuts out abruptly as “The Mark Has Been Made” winds down into silence. The words: “Legion….coming soon….” appear on the screen in red lettering and slowly fade.

Singles Match
Mercy Vs Alyssa Jenkins

Mercy and Alyssa both square off in the ring. Mercy wins the power struggle as Alyssa hits a firemans carry take down. She kicks her a few times and brings her back up to standing and Mercy pushes Alyssa to the corner. Melissa Carlyle comes out and watches the match. The ref warns her a few times about yelling at the two in the ring.

After a while Melissa slides in a steel chair, Alyssa grabs Mercy and hits a DDT on to the steel chair 5 minutes in to the match and pins..

Winner by pin fall: Alyssa Jenkins

* As we come into view we see Weapon-X coming out of the office of the PWA CEO Clyde Wilson to meet his wife Viper.

Viper: How'd it go?

* Weapon-X is already in his in-ring attire as he has a smile on his face to his wife.

Weapon-X: I've been told that as long as I win tonight the PWA World Heavyweight championship title is near in my future.

* Viper jumps up & down in joy over her want, almost more then X, to ensure he's respected as a true Main Eventer here in the PWA.

Viper: Now all you have to do is go show Jim that the only person that should be allowed to use the Tombstone Piledriver in the PWA is the "HarKore God" Weapon-X.

Weapon-X: And of course if Aimee gets involved...

* Viper has a kendo stick in her hand as she brings it up & twirls it around in front of her husband.

Viper: Let's just say Aimee is going to have a date with a real woman if she dares get involved tonight.

* Weapon-X kisses his wife as they walk away as we go back to the ring.

Singles Match: US Contender's Tournament round #1
"The Angel" Gabe Micheal's Vs The Shootfighter

This was possibly the show stealer along with Jim Coen vs Weapon X. We saw a very interesting mix of styles as Shoot Fighter kept using his Muay Thai background to try to keep the big man down. Each time it felt like Shoot had the match won, Gabe would find the strength to power out and force Shoot into his own element.

Gabe made a lasting impression on both upper management and the fans with his effort in this match. Unlike most big men, he adjusted to Shoot's style and pulled off some wicked looking counters as the match went longer. It started off with Shoot having the advantage but Gabe recovered and even caused the action to go to the outside of the ring.

That's where Shoot's Hardkore background came into effect as he went on to use the ring as a weapon effectively without getting disqualified. On the outside is where the match turned in Shoot's favor as he had the crowd on their feet with his innovated high flying ability mixed into his Muay Thai. Along the way he even pulled off some interesting submissions using the ring as his ally as well. In the end, it was that same outside of the ring damaged that softened him up for the Shootbreaker and the pinfall. The crowd won't be able to forget this performance, Gabe made a lasting impression on everyone in the arena and went down swinging.

Your winner and advancing in the US Contender's Tournament, Shoot fighter at about 15 mins.

Singles Match: US Contender's Tournament round #1
Jayson York Vs Scotty 'Bishop' Edwards

This match was interesting, seeing as it was the literally meaning of experience vs youth. Scotty showed signs of his former self by taking this kid to his very limit. All those claims of Scotty's time being up were silenced as he went on to unleash hell on this youngster. York's determination to not give up surprised Scotty and the fans. He even managed to counter the Bishop's Edge two times getting holy shit chants from the crowd.

Bishop's frustration cost him in the end as York would go on to use that against him. Bishop in frustration tried to take the Bishop's Edge a bit further and slam him into the turnbuckle, but York managed to move out of the way and then springboard to the top rope hitting The rise from faith before Bishop could even know what happened. He dragged him away from the turnbuckle and pulled possibly the biggest upset on the whole show. By beating the former world heavyweight champion, he has sent a loud message to the locker room. York has finally cemented himself as a threat to that United States Championship and against his biggest challenge.

Your winner and advancing in the US Contenders Tournament, Jayson York in about 10 mins.

Singles Match:
Requiem Vs The Shadow Warrior

Requiem and TSW did not waste no time taking this brawl to the outside of the ring. They fought back and forth long after the ten count is over. The match ended in no contest but will sure be a match to be sought after with the way these two men fought. Brian Kennedy come out from the back yet a second time the faction known as The Empire has done a sneak attack. Brian and Requiem tosses TSW from the ring. They where celebrating like they won the match but the crowd is chanting Fuck The Empire. At this point in time nothing was said about The Empire but the disbandment was taking place on this show.

After a few moments they leave the ring and go towards the back...

Main Event Singles Match:
Jim Coen Vs Weapon X

Now for the match that stole the show, the HarKore icon, Weapon X, vs Jim Coen. As promised, Aimee and Vyper were at ringside and even brawled into the crowd making the fans not know which brawl was better. Neither disappointed as the HarKore icon would go on to use the ring to his advantage with some pretty impressive counters into the turnbuckle, ropes, hell anything he could get his hands on. It looked like Jim Coen had at one point outsmarted him when they brawled to the outside and nearly got a double countout.

Luckily for Weapon X he caught a break when Clyde walked out and said he didn't want this match of the year candidate to end this way and declared it a falls count anywhere match. This left the HarKore Icon to do anything he wished as we saw him jump off the barricade and perform a beautiful Shooting Star Press which Jim was BARELY able to get the shoulder up out of instinct.

Weapon X's speed is what got him the advantage in the end. Once Wilson came out and declared it a falls count anywhere match it turned the match even further in Weapon's direction as he delivered The Endpoint on the entrance ramp busting Jim Coen open. When the match was over, the crowd was still standing in worship of the HarKore Icon that had graced them. Jim gave the fight of his life but in the end it wasn't enough to overcome the innovation of this HarKore veteran.

Your winner in about 25 minutes, Weapon X. Half of it was outside the ring once it got restarted to be falls count anywhere. Coen got wheeled out of the arena as Aimee followed him into the ambulance. Before they drove off, Coen got a standing ovation from the crowd for his efforts. Even in a losing effort, Coen had his best match ever and made an impact that nobody in PWA will be able to forget.
