Ok, so I kept the topic title criptic, but I was kinda thinking that we had a load of talk about football etc over the years so I felt that it was kinda about time we had a wee rugby topic going what with the six nations comming up!!!

KK soooo hu does everyone want to win??? Do Ireland have a chance??? Should EOS be starting our Tommy Bowe (the ans to that qu is yes bdw)??? are Scot/Itl going to be the wooden spoon team???? will the three new coaches (Fra, Itl and wales I think) make a difference??? who will score the most points of the nations??? etc, etc, etc

Please comment!!!

Im totally raged cuz Im going to miss Irelands first match which is in 27hrs and 55 mins!!

LOL! Hope Ireland win, or Scotland cos there are players I like on both teams (ahem, Sean Lamont, Chris Cussiter, Andrew Trimble...need I go on?) BUt honestly think it will be France or Wales. England stink, so i think they should get the wooden spoon and give Italy a break!!!

Unlucky Naomi, i want to see the match too, but don't know what I'll be doing!

for the first time i dont think france will win the 6 nations - yes!!!!! :D esp. the way they played in the world cup and with a new coach.
italy wont get the wooden spoon, they r improving fast - remember they nearly (and should have) beaten ireland before the world cup?
ireland? nyeh - too soon to say, lets see how theyl play against italy. *shudder*
i think england (or maybe wales) could win the 6 nations - they didnt get to the world cup final by chance (mostly due to wilkinson of course :P ).

aw that wud b great to go to the match at croke park. my dads goin to the 2nd ireland match - lucky him!

I HATE the welsh or anything to do with wales!!! but it was good to see them beat England...hehehe... :P

Ireland really need to wise up if they want to do well. They beat Italy but not by much when you think back to when they played against them at Ravenhill in August.

To be honest, I hope Scotland do well, except against Ireland of course, or else my scottish uncle's teasing will be unbearable!!!

Correction Rach sorri but great scrum halfs come from wales - you only have to look as far as dwayne peel (injured atm but still amazing)

Club beats country Ospray v Eng and Osprays won happy days grrr why has noone voted for wales!!!! nt good!!!

Am I the only one who is particularly happy about Darcy's (I think sorri but all thoes guys tend to merge into 1 there are all so the same!!) injury bring on Tommy Bowe (who was the only try scorer for the A team!)

As for scot I would love them to do well but I suppose being an ulster scot its in my blood!!

Yo, right naomi, I said I was pleased that wales beat England, but don't get carried away...you know I really don't like anything to do with wales in general!!! (sorry to anyone with welsh connections reading this  )

Wales = gay accents, dodgy fake tan and inflated egos

and if you mention Dwayne Peel one more time...

KK found out that our Neil Best is leaving us to go to the Northampton Saints for 2 whole years!!! This is not good!!! Ulster really have to do more to keep these players @ home. Humphs will retire at the end of the season so thats another 1 gone, and the players whoes contract didnt end this year end next year we are totally going to be left with a rookie squad!!!

Anyway back to the Irish situation someone needs to tell EOS to play Tommy Bowe - Ireland are playing France, they need to score tries - Tommy is pretty good at that!! Stuff Easterby grrrrrrrrr

Ok feel the need to update the list of Ulster players who will be leaving at the end of the season if i leave any out let me no!!

1) Tommy Bowe
2) Rodger Wilson
3) Neil McMillian
4) Neil Best
5) David Humpherys
6) Justin Harrison
7) Kerian Campbell (doing a PGCE in PE would so love to have him for a teacher!!)

Ive never liked the french!! esp Vancint clarke (sp) with his crazy (and also disgusting) bright orange boots. Two tries in exactly the same way and they cant blame trimby for letting him through this time!!!! You think with the bright orange boots someone would have been sure to have seen him!!!

Anyway Bernard Jackson didnt have to good a match so hopefully rory will get bask on!! And as for ROGs kick Ireland never had anything worth talking about out on the wings all of their points and oppertunities came from going through the middle of the pitch IF they had gone on that way we could have easily won!!!

Oh just to confirm Paddy is going to france that means our outhalf for next year is what 21/22?? Not the age an outhalf matures at!!

Its not just a new team that Ireland need - its a new coach!!! Lets hope that Tommy gets to play for Ulster on Fri night - Irelands loss is Ulster's gain!!!!
