I finally have it done. It at one time was a rubies Jango fett 2 piece helmet. ![]() It has since received a real t-visor, bondo and silicone seams. Some electricals, and a much needed cooler paint scheme. It has inside: 12 volt fan for cooling 3 volt led light box 1 blue led ![]() I decided to make it like mandalore's from kotor 2, at least the re-breather/ventilator system ![]() The color scheme is a color scheme I have been using for years in games. Especially racing games. The re-breather is made up of: plumbing tubing compressor connections pvc piping connections and compressor connections in the back Also a small speaker on the main connection just for looks ![]() ![]() Without tubing ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() With led ![]() It's nothing special, but I like it and it makes me happy. When I post it other places it will no doubt get horrible feedback. |

Wow, that's great man. The creativity of you guys really amazes me sometimes. How long did this take you? I like how you have the "worn" look, how it looks a little weathered. I also like the various parts you used, and how when put together, you cannot even tell. Only constructive criticism I can offer, is to paint or weather the plumbing tubing and brass connecters. The helmet looks so good, that it kind of makes the tubing stand out more. In other words, the helmet looks so good that it looks like it has plumbing tubing attached to it. Other than that, top shelf dude! I can't believe you actually have a cooling fan in it. |

Holy crap, a functional fan? That's beyond hardcore! I agree with Homer about weathering and painting the tubes, but crap that's really impressive. |

Looks awsome! Now, we just need a pic of your wearing it! I would definatly weather the hoses as well to make them match a bit closer. Also, maybe some carbon scoring or dirt could be added? |

Chief, you should wear the helmet when you do stuff like welding in the driveway. Make sure the neighbours can see you! |

That is frakin' sweet. I'm with Numbers, you should go to the grocery store and other places wearing the helmet. That'd be great. |

I was thinking about the hoses, they do stand out a lot. I think I might give them a coat of hammer finish silver and some satin black. Shit if I wore this to stores around here, id be arrested or something. To everyone who mentioned wearing it, I have to get the foam for the inside still, it doesn't sit right yet. Damn big head. I have to have the wife finish my new vest, which will be brown instead of black, the brown looks more rough looking to me. I have most of the plates ready for repainting, using up my jango leg plates. Im not going to have the thigh plates I had, Im going to have pockets like boba, more to the original custom I made a long time ago. With my colors and the mcq designed boba. Im debating on new chest plates or just reusing the ones I have. I ordered the new gauntlets, that jaing found me a while ago. They should be here this week....I hope Thanks for the awesome comments....what do you think the mercs will say Jaing? Edited by Darth Screamer, Jun 22 2008, 10:09 AM.

It's a color scheme I have loved since I was a kid. Also it is my fav color(blue), black(lyn), and green(my dad). So it means something from those colors as well. That is true mando fashion right there my brothers. |

'Roids smeg you up and shrink your balls. But since you FREAKING MADE A MANDO HELMET with working fans and groovy jazz like that (not to mention your other bitchn' projects), it's clear that you have more than a little balls and probably wouldn't notice the effects of the 'roids. |

I was kidding about the roids bro. I have a enough anger issues without them fueling them. Nah my helmet is cool, but people that do this on the mercs make mine look like ass in a toilet. That is probably why I haven't posted it over there. |

Yes they do as a matter of fact. I had a story that my mando character was adopted by a gand mando. But I might change it. |
