It's something new I have been doing.

Its pastels brushed on to make weathering. I used it with models for years, figured Id give it a try with some figs.

Holy shit man. How'd you make that helmet?

The bell part of the helmet is from a tac snowtrooper. The face visor is from a red aotc arc commander. I trimmed the visor and fave off the helmet.

I glued it to another piece of plastic. Then glued it into the inside of the bell part that I sanded out to make it bigger on the inside.

I then put plastic wrap over the body and head of the fig. Put kneadatite over it in a drapped cloth look, then smash the helmet over the head and the kneadatite.

Once it cured I removed the plastic wrap, bored and sanded it again, then placed it on the head and it worked out pretty well.

I trimmed the front down on the bacaclava part of the helmet cause it ended up being too long.

It was a bitch to be honest, not once Id want to do again. If I did do it again, I would make a mold from this helm, to have another one.

That is freaking sweet!!!
The paint job on this is easily one of the best you have ever done.

Don't leave this one laying around when I come down next weekend.
