Deleted User	Holy effing crap, you once again blew my mind. The single-carded Cap looks really disappointing, but the upcoming Secret Wars Comic Pack version looks better. He has the wings on the hood and stuff. But, the colours are NOWHERE near as amazing as yours. The worn look really suits the character and looks great. Now you have to make a 1:18th-scale Hitler for the Cap to punch out!!

And I thought the Stormtroopers with powder blue shading was bad. Then I saw that first wave of Joe packs... Oh it was terrible. I got the #21 pack because I love the comic and I used the figures for customizing and the one with Hawk and Scarlett for the Original 13 Hawk and the Scarlett became Willow from Dreadstar. I'm just glad they didn't mess up Hawk's colours.

You'd have thought something would have been learned from SW and Joes and using bright neon colors. I see these packs warming the pegs all over my city. Seconded on the comic pack Hawk. Luckily, my buddy was gracious enough to let me trade it for his Cap, since he just has his figs on shelves and I actually pose them and shit. The Cap's featured in the current Ages 25 & Up story. When it's done, I'll send you an email with it, Holmes.

Mattel is SHIT in terms of articulation and detail. Not to mention that crap like Matty Collector exists ONLY to piss off collectors by making it damn near impossible to get the figures they want, and their mascot is a smug asshole with a goddamn crown. Playmates' stuff just plain blows in terms of QC. Sculpts aren't great, either, and the accessories are pretty limited. Really underwhelming for the price. Hey, you know I'm no Hasbro whore. But honestly, comparing their stuff to the other guys' shit really puts things into perspective. And no delicious lead paint, either!
