1. Unless I find proof elsewhere, I agree with this point. 2. This is incorrect in the extreme. Many Muslims in the Middle East (especially extremests) look on the West in general as...well...evil. Thus the foolishness of setting up a Western-style democracy in a Muslim ted area. 3. A dictator opressing his people, for one. Two, methinks the President and possibly Congress used Iraq/Afghanistan as a scapegoat for the 9/11 attacks. 100% agree with the comparison to Vietnam. America being the world's policeman yet again... 4. That works on paper, but in reality that is like following rules that no one else needs to follow. |
