The Oaks CBT behaved erratically

 Sir,
I was giving a Dilip Oak CBT today. After the verbal section when the quant section just started, a message was displayed "item unavailable" and the test ended abruptly and took me to the scores section. The quant score was 200(obviously..). I think verbal was scored correctly.Also I was not allowed a test review (atleast for the verbal section). Can I get a retake for the test? If nothing, atleast a quant test??
I was using dialup(52kbps). my comp is a P4 and IE6.0
time was about 3.45 pm

 Hello Anand.
I'm afraid our test does not support a dial-up connection. The minimum connection speed is 256 kbps. We have specified this on the launch page.

 oh poor me....nevertheless atleast i cud manage the verbal section. Thanks anyways
One more thing i wanted to know..whether the DO CBTs can be taken in the computer lab....giving a test in a cyber cafe can be a bad experience....
