Hod - Disc priest; or Elling - Cat druid

I have two characters and don't really have a preference for one or the other.. Just going to list both; let's have a chat in-game about which works best..?

Character Name:
Hod / Elling

Class and Level:
80 Priest / 80 Druid

List additional level 70+ characters (name/class/level):
Have a 70 lock and warrior, alliance on Hellfire.

Current Spec:
Hod: 57 / 14 / 0
Elling: Would spec 0 / 55 / 16 -- currently specced bear/tree for heroics

Current Gear (Armory link):
Hod: http://eu.wowarmory.com/character-sheet.xml?r=Draenor&n=Hod
Elling: http://eu.wowarmory.com/character-sheet.xml?r=Draenor&cn=Elling - Think I'd regem for ArP or something like that.

Have you applied elsewhere at the time of writing?:
No

Willing to respec?:
I'm not eager to heal 25-mans on my druid, that's the drollest job I can think of, and I don't like the looks of moonkin form either. ;)

Other than that, I'm open to whatever mainspec/offspec roles suit best.

Hod's offspec is Holy atm, but I've never tried that in a raid (nor shadow, for that matter). Ellings offspec gear is naxx-25-ish resto pieces.

Previous Guilds:
Chimaera from mc halfway through naxx 40, when I was completely burned out and took a long break from wow.

Rerolled as alliance ~6(?) months into tbc, playing very casually. Took another break when my buddies there quit wow.

Started a druid on azuremyst to check out wotlk. Horde side, to get away from the alliance superbads. :p
My guild fell apart, and I transferred here to sugerdaddy my priest, as I felt like healing on something other than the druid. Having broken my principles on buying extra services, I also renamed the priest from Rijndael a few days after changing back to him.

At 80, ~a month ago, I joined the guild Disorder.

Why did you leave your previous guild?:
The atmosphere was nice, and they have a few great players. However, a ton of people recently left, and some of those staying behind aren't very active, leading to very unpredictable raid schedules.

If accepted, would you be interested in raids?:
Absolutely.

If your previous answer was Yes, please fill the next questions,
if No, skip to the Typical weekly playtime part.

Are you available to raid Thursday, Sunday and Monday between at least 20:00 - 00:00 servertime (these are our scheduled raid times, however we do schedule raids most nights using the ingame calendar)?:
As long as raids aren't often extended past midnight, that shedule suits me well.

Explain how your class/spec works in a raid situation:

Gonna be lazy here and just cover disc healing:
Keep a shield on the tank(s) at all times, for mana regen, improved crit rate on that person, 25% spell haste for the next heal; and so on.

Besides that, it depends on your role. You either tank heal using pw:s, penance whenever it's off cooldown and flash heal. Prayer on mending when it fits in, for some 'free' aoe healing.
Tossing pw:s or rejuv on others is ok when if mana and incoming damage allows for it, using one of the proper heals mean you the tank loses your grace buff, which is 9% healing.

Raid healing with pw:s is also an option. It stays up for a while, providing a buffer like druid healing, but it's also front loaded, and a lot more useful for reactive healing than hots. I.e. less dull..

How long have you played wow and how long have you played your character?
Started a few months after launch. But i've taken a few breaks as mentioned above. Hod's at almost 90 days played, Elling is at 30 days. Maybe I should get a life instead of joining a new guild. ;)

What buffs/potions/elixirs would you use in a raid situation, to further enhance your performance and why?:
Spell power / attack power flasks.

Why should you get a raid spot?:
I know game mechanics, usually come prepared, won't "dc", and don't stand in fire ...much.

Typical weekly playtime; We like our members to be actively involved in guild activities as much as possible:
I try to do the daily heroic and would like to raid ~3-4 nights a week.

Age (Being over 18 years of age is a plus):
31

Location:
Oslo, Norway

Reference (Having at least 1 reference from a current full guild member is a bonus):
Haven't kept in touch, sorry, but some of you might remember me. ;)

Do you have a stable internet connection?:
Yup.

Have you read and understood the guild rules and policies?:
Yes

^^ Good old times. :)

I see now that some of my paragraphs weren't too eloquent. Half-done paraphrasing and extra commas for fun & pleasure. ;)

Despite the lack of eloquence we have decided to grant you a trial spot ;P. Speak to an officer ingame for an invite.

We would like your priest to be your main and your druid to be your alt btw. Hope that sits well with you.
