Glauis: The Radioman looks up from his console, a strange expression on his face. "SIr? We have that fellow Kira on the line, he wants to talk to the 'Demon'".

Glauis doesn't break the stare down, he was having a hard time believing that he was having a stand off on his own bridge. But regardless of the situation he was still Captain and this was his ship and crew.
"Put him through." Glauis says, moving past Vincent to the radio. "This is Captain O'Connell." He doesn't know who the 'demon' is but he would hazard a guess. He also wasn't sure who this Kira was able to contact the ship, but questions would be answered later.

Dukat:
The pizza you make is so delicious that you literally stop and gaze at the slice in your hand in wonderment. The combinations of tomato sauce, peanut butter, demon heart and other goodies you have placed on the baked dough, it is almost as though they were made for each other. A brave human who had taken refuge in a nearby alley poked his head out and looks around. He sees you standing there, bloody pizza in hand, he gives off a high pitch squeal and goes back to his hiding place.

Asveldr:
The city burns. The delicate aroma of frying flesh brings back ancient memories, of a time long ago and quite nearly forgotten. The Rune Stones, the Sacrifices and losses of his whole excavation team. All to summon a nearly forgotten Goddess who gifted him with his powers. All of which has led him here. His stubs his foot on the leg of a massive hand, it twitches almost as though the body is still alive and looking for revenge.

Gantu:
The sun heals and restores your wounds and vitality. (It heals you as you stated). Standing on air several hundred feet above the skyline of the city reveals that most of the city remains intact, this was a focused attack on a specific part of the city. More will be coming in the days or even hours to come.

Fal:
The rifle having long run out of ammo, you watch as 22 wreaks havoc through the ranks of flying vessels and gargoyles. Even a Bal-Rog falls before the 92' (28m) behemoth. When daylight finally breaks through the darkness, thousands of the beasts lay sprawled around the Manhattan area.

22: The night is a long one, and when daylight finally arrives, your energy pack is completely drained, your ammunition is gone, and the harness hangs on by a few threads at best. But, he is surrounded by bodies of his enemies, and his wounds are minimal at best.

Perpetually amused by human indignation, he casually grabs the radio from Captain O'Connell and addresses her as a proper executive officer. A sly smile never leaving his expression.

"Captain, do be so kind as to monitor our current situation for continued hostilities and oversee all ship operations until I can figure out our next move."

He then speaks into the radio.

"This is Vincent Pendragon, to whom am I speaking?"

Fal runs over his rifle looking for signs of stress from the sustained fire rate once he runs out of ammo. This new alloy was something beyond anything he'd seen before. More or less self assured of his minion and his tech Fal reclines peacefully inside his sound insulated vehicle watching the carnage from behind his tinted windows.

"Today, was a good day." He chuckles to himself pondering the sheer loss of collateral civilian life. Dozing in and out Fal glances about when he doesn't hear anything at all. At first he peeks out, then he steps out to survey the wreckage of the once very large city. He sizes up the damage to 22's pack through his scope and then the battle field around him and instructs him to pick up anything that looks salvageable.

Fal: The metal isn't even hot that you can tell. Typically a barrel will be nearly impossible to touch after putting 1,000 rounds through it in a short amount of time. This barrel hasn't heated up at all so far as you can tell. The harness on 22 seems to be ready to fall off. At the very least the harness will have to be replaced. Too much material has been lost to repair it.

==Kira==

The pretentious response immediately irritates Kira. Then again, almost everything immediately irritates Kira. He breathes an exasperated sigh and rolls his eyes to nobody before responding.

"I have a prisoner of war here, he has informed me that a particularly vengeful group led by a certain Rashaka is headed your way. I need you to verify this information to know weather or not this prisoner is credible. Does the Rashaka sound like anyone you know? If not I'll have to cut off one of the prisoner's appendages."

==Dukat==

Dukat observes the curious creature and wonders aloud "are all humans so easily frightened? He must have been frightened by the wurm. I will comfort him with food and stories!"

Dukat tracks down the human, sticks his head into its hiding place, and with a big friendly toothy grin asks, "would you like a slice?" Dukat proffers a bloody slice of pizza. "Come! Eat! Share in our victory!" He shoves it at the human, very insistent on graciously sharing his food. "When I was a hatchling, my father told me that I would never grow big and strong unless I dined on the hearts of my enemies. He would then send me out to slaughter a small village. Sure enough, I ate all their hearts, and look at me now. You could be like me someday!"

Dukat is very proud of his inspirational speech.

His interest is piqued.

"I'd be interested to know of anything concerning a Raksasha's involvement in the current hostilities. What was the name?" He asks.

"I didn't get the name, he just said that the Rashaka had a score to settle with someone on "a certain ship in the middle of the ocean". Not too many demons I know of that have grudges with people on this planet, not yet anyway. Correct me if I'm mistaken, but any demons on our side of the conflict wouldn't be too far from where you are right now, I figured you might want to know about it. This Rashaka sound like anyone you know? I could cross check names of likely suspects, might help to see if he's telling the truth."

Exceptional heat dissipation, super natural durability, lightweight... The possibilities careening through Fal's mind almost scared him, if the ideas of how many people he could kill weren't obstructing his view.

22's harness was made from 'normal' metal anyways. It could definitely use an upgrade if his little minion was to continue to be as useful as he had been. He needed more time to make more materials though... Time, something even he had no realm of control over. What ever... It was time for sleep, cat naps and world domination are nice and all but nothing beats waking up when someone else isn't.

Kira pauses for a second, pondering. "That or I could remove some of his body mass. That could be fun. For one of us anyway." It'll probably just grow back, if he has vampiric powers...

Dukat:
The man screeches as you stick in your head and begin to regale him with stories of your youth. Alas, what happens isn't what he had intended. The man curls into a small ball and sobs uncontrollably. The pizza slice loses most of the toppings onto the ground and the demonic blood from the heart bits spatters around. Knowing what you know of the Nature of Demons, feeding a human demon parts may not have the intended effect.

Confused by the weak human's reaction, Dukat scoops the small squishy thing up with one hand, continues to eat with the other, and makes his way toward the nearest shelter to deposit the human with his own kind. Along the way Dukat continues to regale the human with stories of adventures he has had, battles he has fought, and foods he has eaten.

(sorry guys, my post didn't go through on my phone...work wifi is a little sketchy.)
Glauis quells down the anger building inside him, He's playing a game with you, don't let him win. as Vincent starts to speak, Glauis gives the radio controller a quick hand signal to switch the call from the hand set to the hands free mode, before moving back to the head of the bridge without a word and listens to what this Kira has to say.

==================================================================================================

Asv takes in the city the blaze engulfing buildings and crumbling them like a trees of a forest. These flames where impressive but were nothing when compared to the flames his mistress's lair, he wondered vaguely if some of these flames might be from his companions or where they all from the hordes? Either way, it didn't matter. He breaths deeply, pulling his hood back over his head and wrenching his blade from a chunk of stone, staying in one place to long was dangerous and though he didn't fear death, what kind of champion for his mistress would he be if he let his prey come to him instead of hunting it down.
He doesn't stumble on the arm and would have ignored it if it was just human but this was massive and still seemed to be moving. He crouches down for a closer look, but remains weary, sometimes things were not as harmless as they appear to be.

The demon has the body of a man, and the head of a wolf. It would stand around 10' (3 meters) tall. The arm movement doesn't appear to be anything more than nerves. (Lore Demon & Monster if you have it)

Gantu sighs as the sun comes up, rejuvenating him. It felt good. As he gazed down at the destruction of the city, revealed by those same rays of light, his heart sank once more. The demon's were not such an easy foe that they could not wreck havoc and fight the valiant defenders at the same time, and most had simply been intent on wrecking havoc. ALL of the demon's troops seemed to be shock troops, as if there wasn't a stop to them. By all rights, there probably wouldn't be, but they had stopped them for now, so that was something.

He continued to fly around, remaining vigilant for any demons. Even a single hell spawn could kill hundreds, thousands of people, unopposed.

Experiment 22 surveyed the scene. He didn't have the supernatural endurance of Gantu, but his own still bordered on the obscene. One night wasn't going to tire him out, but equipment looked to be just about at the end of it's life. The sun warmed the metal of his wings. Eventually, Fal instructed him to look for anything salvageable, but to 22, he didn't really know what was 'salvagble amongst the demonic wreckage and bodies. He decided that just meant the biggest pieces, or the ones that looked to have the fewest...crushing marks. After a short time, Fal had a massive pile of scrap, all from demonic vessels and equipment, dropped before him.

The colossal crash of 22 dropping potentially tonnes of crap a few dozen feet from his car snaps the feline super genius awake. The car drops very slowly as Fal had once again inadvertently removed gravity for half a second... When then moment passes he looks over the looming pile of crap and sighs.

Ah well, if he could figure out how he was doing that gravity thing then even the extremely large pieces would be child's play. He climbs from his car, rubbing the sleep from his eyes, and wanders towards the pile. "Size down and drop that pack over there" He points off towards their foundry. ", I'll have to build you a new one. Out of better material so it'll deal with a fight much better next time."

As 22 shuffles off Fal concentrates, he could feel something there, something changed... If he could tap it, even he didn't know the possibilities. Using gravity plane a 10 foot square section of the 'salvaged' gear falls upward until it reaches the end of the field, slightly entertained by the miniature geyser he created Fal begins toying with his field to segment the pieces between what he could possibly use and what he couldn't.

Playing with what seemed like godly power put a massive (sadistic) grin on his face as his mind ran miles a second on the possibilities.

22 does as told, flying over to the foundry and dropping off his pack. He then wandered outside to lay down on any open ground he could find. He didn't need it, but he might as well get some sleep while he bathed in the sunlight.

Fal: The 'salvaged' gear is composed of monstrous segments of scale, horns of some beast, teeth, and what seems to be actual flesh, trying in vain to knit itself back together. Soem pieces weigh as little as a few hundred pounds, and some into the tens of tons. The bigger pieces take quite a bit of concentration and even then the piece only seems to hover precariously a couple of inches off the ground.

Gantu: The majority of the place called 'Manhattan' is in utter ruin. The island contained most of the land based demons easily. A few buildings in the main part of the city are smoking, some ruined, others only damaged. Millions of people have been either killed, captured or at the very least displaced from their homes. Thousands begin to filter out of whatever hiding place they found in the night and begin to wander, aimlessly at times, other times with purpose. All of them suffering from shock.

Dukat:
As you walk down the street, regaling the panicked man with a tale of glorious battle, you hear from just off to your left a scream, the words sounding something like "Demon", or perhaps not. You're not sure. But the one thing you are sure of is that there is the sound of gunfire, and the feeling of being struck by a small object in your side. That object is a lead projectile, that did not pierce your skin. The young man that you turn to see is holding a large revolver (.357) and is shaking, in fear, shock and anger.

He considers his words carefully, ever mindful of Kira's first impression.

"The demon fleet is led by a creature named Kormith, as I learned when we battled earlier. I trust you will relay to us any additional intelligence you are able to gather from your captive?"

Then, almost as if on a whim or subtle instinct he turns to Captain O'Connell.

"Captain, the bridge and ship are yours. I am an able counselor in addition to my other 'talents' and would encourage you to seek my help in battling your inner chaos. The lives of your crew and the fate of your very planet hinges on your mastering the chaos within if you hope to confront the chaos to come."

Dukat turns and looks at the young man, unphased and unharmed. "Demon Dragonmage. Not a demon. Silly humans know so little of the world beyond their atmosphere. You will need weapons much stronger than that if you want to kill a demon." He plucks the bullet out of his hide and flicks it at a brick wall with his thumb.

"It's not safe here. I'll take you to the shelter too." He scoops up the second human and continues to the shelter. He then starts talking about demons he has killed, and explains the difference between demons, dragons, mages, and demon dragonmages. If he encounters any debris he blasts it aside with a fire blast from his staff.

==Kira==

"Yes, I'll pass on anything pertinent should it arise. For now I suggest you prepare for another battle." This creature amuses me, he may be of some use. "Should you require assistance, I do like to kill things. I could arrange a meeting for you and the prisoner as well, perhaps you would be better suited to determining his trustworthiness. He says he wants to assist us, but I don't yet trust him." Nor do I trust you, but I suppose I don't really trust most creatures.

Dukat:
You grab up the second human and proceed down the street, all the while continuing the tale telling. The street is littered with bodies, wrecked vehicles and debris from various buildings. As you take a breath to continue your story of how you bested several gargoyles into letting you join them in feasting, only to steal away their food....and.... There is a shrill tuneless whistle. There is a warble to the whistle, like the person is mimicking a cicada. The sound of a stick on concrete, the heels of boots clacking on pavement. From around a large pile of broken concrete walks a tall man. Dressed in entirely in a black suit and long coat, dark black glasses cover his eyes. His hair is long and pulled back into a loose pony-tail. The 'stick' is a long staff that seems to be made of several links of bone, held together by sinew and fresh flesh. He stops when he sees you, striking the staff hard upon the ground. A dozen bodies rise from the wreckage and debris, shambling to full upright stature.

Thinking fast, Dukat quickly casts Increase Weight on the man's robe (it now weighs 500 more lbs than it did before, no save for objects). He then jumps back.

A necromancer? They always taste awful!

He sets the humans down out of reach of the raised dead. "You'd better stand back while I protect you from this man. Feel free to shoot him though. In the face preferably."

Dukat:
The weight of the coat seems to be of no hindrance to the man as he readjusts the coat to fit better with the new weight. The young man with the pistol shakily lifts it up and shoots... and misses. The second shot hits the man dead in the forehead. The lead round flattens as he reaches up to peel the offending object from his face. He gestures with his staff and the young man suddenly shrieks in fear (Lore: Magic to identify Fear). The undead bodies begin to shamble their way towards the second human while the man looks at Dukat. "Introductions should be in order. It is I believe good manners to know the name of the person you are about to kill before you devour their brain and heart. I am Mortio Enteri." (pronounced Mor-she-o) (Lore:Demons & Monsters)

Mostly useless garbage, Fal sighed. Ah well, what did he expect from something that fought with it's bare hands, even more primitive than the shaved apes that inhabited his planet. He plays around with his new found abilities a bit longer to further flesh out their parameters then heads inside to start production once more.

"We're gonna need tonnes of that alloy." He said to no one in particular as he checked the foundry to see if power was still running and anything else he needed to continue. Provided everything is in working order he sets to work building a new pack with stronger material as well as several tonnes of spare alloy to be used later if possible.

If power's knocked out Fal attempts to get a hold of who ever is running the operation.
