Fruity Smoothie Ingredients: 1 Banana 1 8 oz. Can Crushed Pineapples(in juice) 1 8 oz Tub Vanilla Yogurt 1 Cup Orange Juice 4 Orange Wedges(for garnish) Remove peel from banana. Cut into chunks. Place in baggie and freeze for 2 hours. Place bananas, undrained pineapples, yogurt and orange juice in blender. Cover and blend on high for 1 minute. Pour into 4 (6oz) glasses and decorate with an orange wedge on edge of glass. Buttermilk Shake Ingredients: 1 Pint Vanilla Ice Cream 1 Cup Buttermilk 1 Tsp. Grated Lemon Peel 1/2 Tsp. Vanilla Extract 1 Drop Lemon Extract Place all ingredients in blender, cover and blend on high until smooth. Pour into glasses. Refrigerate any leftovers. Blackberry Smoothie Ingredients: 1 c. cold milk 1/2 c. fresh or frozen blackberries 1-3 tbsp. sugar Ice cubes Place in blender, cover, start on puree speed then push blend speed until smooth and ice is dissolved th_aa74eac3.gif |
