I'm bored, so I decided to do something about it. In my sig, there's a quote from a book. Guess the book correctly and you win a huge cookie. I'm going to change it everyday, (if this continues) and everyday you can win a cookie. If no-one guesses the correct book in that day, the cookie carries onto the next day. A bonus bag of cookies, if you can tell me who said the quote in the book. Also, no google searches!!! I know I can't stop you, but it spoils it, and deprives a non-cheating person of a cookie. So, it's not allowed. Niether is spouting off the first few books you think of in a big list, hoping to get lucky. You can have several guesses, of course, but not in a list because that's defeating the whole purpose. So, even if the right book is on the list, you won't get the prize. Also, cookies for people with the best wrong guesses. =P Other prizes include : Extra pie if you get it right first time. One quarter cookie for being first to guess. Dragon stone if you're guess is the funniest. Others coming when I think of some. Let's see if this starts/continues. |

As your skills grow you will be able to embark on a range of diverse missions. Country roads, pothole repairs, lane widening and motorway construction are all in a day's work for the hard hat highway heroes! Dig for pay dirt and form your own civil engineering company. No, it wasn't To Kill A Mockingbird. I wouldn't quote that book anyway, I didn't like it at all. No magic/wizards/dragons/anything interesting in it. It isn't Eragon either. Seriously, Sabre got this one, how could you not get this one?! |

Um.. Maybe? You know, that old book they use to teach English in first grade or something. Example: Spot sees the ball. Spot chases the ball. Run, spot, run. |

Terry Goodkind. The person who said it in the book was Zedd, or wizard Zeddicus Zu'l Zorander. *gives Sabre another 2 cookies* There'll be another quote soon. |

*sighs* It's the first in The Sword of Truth series by Terry Goodkind, and I remember that other people read his books on here, so there really isn't a reason why someone shouldn't have got this. |
