But I couldn't find it here or at gamefaqs. Is it Eliwood and Hector Hard Mode where the recruitable enemies get growth boosts? Or is it just one or the other? Also, does it include all of the recruitable enemies, or just one or two?

kthx

Only HHM, and only enemies that are hostile immediately prior to recruitment (Jaffar, for example, turns neutral first, and doesn't get them, and Dart gets none, either). At least as far as I'm aware.

Do not click. Do, however, click these at your leisure ('specially for stats): Gero, Terra, Tic, Nys'elni and Murphy.

Banner by Shade.

Challenges open if I'm around, though you'd better be prepared to stat, 'cause I'm lazy.

My theme, according to the Mooney one.

Okay.

You have been dressed down by Tookie for trolling.

This topic is now over. It can be mathematically proved that there is no adequate comeback to that simple fact.

What KJ said. And it's not growth boosts, but base stats boosts, too, I think. >_>

I was wondering what the average boosts each unit gets are. <__<;;
4:24 PM - John Ѯzzingford: "Alternate Universes".
4:24 PM - John Ѯzzingford: Taking an existing set of characters, and putting them in an altogether different setting.
4:25 PM - John Ѯzzingford: For example, you could take the cast of the Mario games, and set them up in some kind of detective-versus-cannibal-mastermind drama.

GFAQs HHM guide

This bonus (from my observations) is about 4 points of hp. 2 in the three
stats that the character is naturally stronger in, 0 in luck and 1 in the
other two stats.

The boosts to HP are 1-5, all others are 0-3. Luck is always 0, IIRC. The boosts are to base stats. Boosts of 3 and 5 are very rare. I think HP may only go to 4.

The growths do not change.

All enemy characters that can be recruited get them. Harken does, Karel does not, etc.

The boosts are only in Hector Hard Mode.

The growths can be manipulated if there are battles/unit movements in the opening scenes for that chapter. Skipping them and viewing them will result in different boosts.

Restarting the chapter will not change the boosts, unless it's the method above. Restarting the prior chapter, however, will.

I once had Guy start with 9 Strength.

>_< I had a 20/0 Guy with 9 Strength. Which is depressing when he can start with it in HHM.
