These are class-specific class only. For character-specific skills, refer to the profile of the individual character in question.
Big Shield - Basically negates all damage done to the user.* 10% chance to activate.
Colossus - Colossus adds 150% to the users base damage before the critical. Essentially, you multiply your damage by 1.5. For example, if your base damage is 8, when colossus activates, your new base damage is 12 (8 x 1.5 = 12). Therefore, a critical hit would now do 36 damage since 12 x 3 = 36. Colossus will only work if your constitution stat is greater than your target's. The activation rate equals your skill (ie 25 skill = 25% chance).
Renewal - Heals your character automatically by 10% his/her max hit points per user's turn. Per user's turn means you only heal on your attack round, not when it's your opponent's turn. Hit points recovered are rounded down so even if, for example, you have 39 HP, you still only gain 3 HP.
Silencer - Instantly kills your enemy regardless of defense or hit points.* Silencer only occurs when you land a critical hit. You then have a 50% chance to activate the skill based on the number you roll after the critical. For example, rolling a number from 1 to 50 will result in a regular critical, but rolling a 51 to 100 will cause silencer to activate.
Fleet of Foot - Able to double attack enemies with only a 3 attack speed advantage. Also able to triple attack enemies with a 6 attack speed advantage. Brave strikes with the triple attack apply as follows: 2 user attacks, 1 enemy counter, and the last 4 user attacks.
* Currently, Big Shield negates the Silencer effect, but not the attack itself. So, if Silencer and Big Shield both activate, the assassin/sharpshooter's attack will go through as a normal critical. This may change as we work things out.

4:25 PM - John Ѯzzingford: For example, you could take the cast of the Mario games, and set them up in some kind of detective-versus-cannibal-mastermind drama.
