Would've got it yesterday, but no-one local had any copies. Anyway, up to Geoffrey's Charge. - On Easy (JP Normal), because I don't trust the Japanese idea of "Hard". Am regretting this decision. A lot. - Is a 12/13 odd speed Micaiah at 20/1 natural? - No amount of spoilers could reduce the amount of :D :D :D :D :D at 1-9. - Nolan is win. Might even go as far to say he's better than Boyd, though I dunno what the latter's like in FE10. - Aran is also win on a stick. - Nailah = :D: . She needs to stop indirectly killing my willpower. - HAAR IS TOTALLY AWESOME STATWISE **** YES ABOUT TIME - Sothe is still as annoying as he was in FE9, maybe moreso. - DID I MENTION HAAR? bbl, gonna set up the Wii again. |

12-13 Spd on a 20/1 Micaiah? *dies laughing* That being said, she's not very useful aside from being a designated healer past Part 1 anyway, so meh (and is also decent to use against mages, due to high mag/res and them being stupidly slow in FE10... I guess) >_> Nolan is awesomesauce :D Aran is okay, he's really good cause he can tank, but low def cap hurts him abit and he's not very speedy. Still good though Haar is also awesomesauce :D |

Wait until you get to the end of Elincia's gambit. That chapter STILL manages to rape me. X_____X Also, Nolan>Boyd. Support him with Aran, and you have a walking death team. Slap Paragon on the two of them for later chapters. |

Edward can be strong in Endgame, sure, but so can everyone. He sucks complete ass for the rest of the game. Seriously, worst defensive statistics in Part 1 FTL. Ilyana, Laura, Micaiah and maybe Leonardo have worse HP/Def, but they don't have to take melee counters. Mia and Zihark own the chapters they're in. |

MK Wii might be more fun in some way because it's funnier to play with people. Brawl gets somewhat boring because some people are really better than others and keep owning them and it's not fun for those who lose. >_> MK's far less frustrating to the losing parties in general. |

Well see, when people get pissed about a game, they tend not to be having fun with it, which in turn leads them to not want to play. So like, in SSBB, if you own the person you're playing against, he's going to get bored/frustrated and not want to play anymore. In MK, it's kinda different ; you can have more fun in a racing game even when losing because the winning player isn't really flippin' you up (actually the premise of MK is more that the losing player gets to mess with the guy in the lead >_>). |

3-12 was easy, and the Greil Mercenaries weren't there (Tanith and Sigrun were, but lol Tanith and Sigrun). 3-13 was fairly easy thanks to Tauroneo and Sothe (yay beastkiller from 1-4 base valuables). 3-E doesn't LOOK too bad, what with the 1337pwn that are my GM characters. |

Kim bought this earlier today and I'm on Ch 6 now. Micaiah has 8 speed at lvl 12 :( Normal hasn't been too tricky so far. It's definitely harder than Normal in any other FE game I've played (except FE5), but it hasn't been too tricky, though I did get insanely lucky on Chapter 3. |

[size=-7]I might have exaggerated that. DB has my Nolan and Aran, who absolutely own. Then there's Sanaki and Micaiah (who with some rigging maxed everything but strength, which was 14), and... actually, thinking about it, my DB isn't bad. The Tibarn group is better, but hey. That's Part 1 over and done with. Apart from that ****ing bastard wyvern in chapter 8 killing all the civilians (and staying *just* out of my range for killing) and me not realising how insane the enemies in the endgame were until too late, it hasn't been that difficult so far. |

i started playing this recently too I'm on chapter 2-3 I think so far it's not really that hard. the dawn brigade kind of sucks yeah but with sothe and tauroneo and volug and nailah and tormod all being so overpowered it doesn't really matter. plus battle saves are a lifesaver. i kind of wish this feature had been in fire emblem before. really decreases the frustration level. |

Because of a social life and Sabre hogging the game, I am now just starting Part 2 and he is starting Part 3. It's really not been that hard at all, some minor annoyances when hit chances like 92 ****ing % misses twice in a row, but that can be solved by good use of battle saves. Part 2 doesn't look too bad, apart from the endgame which looks really hard. Not because the enemies are good per say, but because your units suck, apart from Haar and Elincia. And bowguns are overpowered to hell and back. *goes to play now that Sabre is busy* |

Those four are the better DB characters, so yeah. >_> The problem with Leo and Laura is that they really need Sothe/Muarim/Volug etc shielding them. I gave Mick Jagger Paragon until 1-9, when she was 19. I gave her the last level in BEXP, let the Burger King work his magic, and handed the Paragon over to Laura, seeing as I'd BEXP'd her to promote. Mind you, I just let Micaiah Thani one-shot knights for combat exp. >_> EDIT: ... Comabat? WTF? |
